The purpose of daily maintenance
The purpose of daily maintenance is to find problems in time and solve them properly during the maintenance process, so that the equipment can run stably in different operating environments for a long time. Good and effective equipment maintenance can not only reduce the failure rate of equipment, but also prolong the service life of equipment, thus reducing the maintenance cost of equipment.
Daily maintenance implementation plan
Daily maintenance is mainly divided into two parts: daily maintenance of equipment and daily maintenance of equipment by network management. Among them, the daily maintenance of equipment is mainly to check the running environment and running state of equipment hardware, while the daily maintenance of equipment by network management is mainly to check the software configuration and business of equipment.
Daily maintenance items of equipment
Check the temperature and humidity of the equipment once a day. First, measure the temperature and humidity of the computer room with thermometer and hygrometer. The measured value should be within the allowable range of equipment operation. The temperature and humidity for long-term stable operation of the equipment are 0℃ ~ 45℃ and 10% ~ 90% respectively. It is suggested that the temperature and humidity of the computer room should be kept at about 2 0℃ and 60%. Secondly, touch the handle bar in front of the circuit board with your hand to detect whether the temperature of the circuit board is too high.
Equipment sound alarm check once a day.
In daily maintenance, the alarm sound of equipment is usually more likely to attract the attention of maintenance personnel than other alarm sounds, so it is necessary to keep the alarm source unobstructed in daily maintenance.
Check the "ALMC" mark on the GSCC board.
Light, the normal state is off, indicating that the equipment will give an audible alarm when an emergency alarm occurs. If the "ALMC" indicator on the GSCC board is yellow, you need to press and hold the "ALMC cut" button on the GSCC board for 3 seconds to return to the normal state.
Observe the cabinet indicator once a day. Equipment maintenance personnel mainly obtain alarm information through the alarm indicator light, so they should always pay attention to the flashing of the alarm light in daily maintenance, so as to preliminarily judge whether the equipment works normally.
There are four indicator lights at the top of the cabinet, which are green, red, orange and yellow in turn. Under normal conditions, only the green power indicator should be lit. If the green power indicator goes out, it means that the power supply of the equipment is interrupted. Check whether the output voltage of power supply equipment is normal. The red light indicates that the current equipment has an emergency alarm, usually accompanied by an audible alarm, the orange light indicates that the current equipment has a major alarm, and the yellow light indicates that the equipment has a minor alarm.
Single board indicator light observation, once a day. Only by observing the alarm indicator light at the top of the cabinet, we can only know the running state of the equipment, but we can't know the running state of the single board. Therefore, after observing the alarm indication at the top of the cabinet, it is necessary to observe the flashing of the alarm indicator lights on each board of the equipment.
Check the status of the indicator light on the business processing board. Under normal circumstances, all indicators are green. Check whether the indicator light of the cross clock board is normal. Under normal circumstances, the main cross board indicator lights are all green, the standby cross board indicator lights are all green except "ACT", and the standby cross board indicator lights are off. Check whether the indicator light of GSCC board is normal. Under normal circumstances, the indicator lights of the main GSCC board are all green except ALMC, the indicator lights of the main GSCC board are all green except ACT and ALMC, and the indicator lights of the standby GSCC board are all off. If the device is configured with TPS, it is necessary to observe the changes of the indicator lights of the protection board and the protected board. For the service protection board, if the "ACT" indicator light is on, it means that TPS switching has occurred, and it is necessary to find out the reason for the switching and deal with it in time.
Check and clean the fan and dust screen regularly every half month. Good heat dissipation is the key to ensure the long-term normal operation of equipment. When the environment of the computer room can't meet the cleanliness requirements, the dust-proof net at the lower part of the fan is easily blocked, resulting in poor ventilation, which may damage the equipment in serious cases. Therefore, it is necessary to check the operation and ventilation of the fan regularly.
First, check the status of the fan indicator. The normal state is green light. If there is something wrong with the fan itself, replace the fan if necessary. Secondly, put your hand on the air outlet of the subframe and check the air volume. If the temperature is high and the air volume is small, check whether there are impurities on the partition of the auxiliary frame that affect the ventilation of the equipment, or whether there is too much dirt on the dust-proof screen of the fan box. If it is the latter, it is necessary to clean the dust screen. The steps are as follows: take out the dustproof net, tear off the sponge stuck on the dustproof net, rinse it with water, and put it in a ventilated place to blow dry; After cleaning, stick the sponge on the dust screen again, and gently insert the dust screen back to its original position along the sliding guide groove at the lower part of the subframe.
Official telephone check, once every half month. Official telephone plays a special role in system maintenance, especially when the network has serious faults, and it becomes an important communication tool for network maintenance personnel to locate and deal with faults. Therefore, in daily maintenance, maintenance personnel need to regularly check the official telephone to ensure the smooth flow of official telephone.
Pick up the official phone, press the "Call" button on the front of the phone, the red indicator light on the upper right of the front of the phone lights up and there is a dial tone, and then dial the official phones of other stations in turn to check whether it can be connected and whether the voice quality is good; Let the other station call the official number of this station to check whether the call is normal; Call the conference call to check whether the conference call is normal.
At this stage, Huawei's transmission equipment uses OptiX iManager T2000 network management developed by Huawei. The specific maintenance steps are as follows: check the status of network elements and single boards once a day. Enter the main view of T2000 network management, double-click the network element icon, the network element status in the upper left corner of the network element board bitmap should be "Running", and click [Function/Query Board Status] in the network element board bitmap. Observe the color of the single board icon in the bitmap of the network element board. When the veneer is running or in place, the veneer color observed from the network management should be green. If it is gray, check the power supply status of the network element and whether the optical fiber link connected to the network element is normal in time.
Network management alarm check once a day. Click the current emergency alarm indicator (red) at the upper right of the T2000 interface to browse the current serious alarms in the whole network, and the number on the right of the indicator shows the current number of serious alarms in the whole network. In alarm monitoring, the window should always be open, so as to find the fault at the first time. Then turn on the current main alarm indicator (orange) and secondary alarm indicator (yellow) in turn, and browse the current main alarm, secondary alarm and alarm times of the whole network to see if there are any new alarms.
Check the optical power of the optical plate once a day.
Right-click the network element icon in the main view and select [Network Element Manager]. Select the optical board to be queried, select [Performance/Current Performance] in the function tree, select the performance event types of "Optical Power" and "Received Power", and click to display the received optical power and transmitted optical power of the single board of the network element. The luminous power and receiving power of the same optical plate should be consistent every day. If there is any change, check whether the light source of the optical plate and the optical fiber link are normal in time.
Record the query once a day. All the work records of network management can be queried from the log, so it is essential to query the log records. Select [System Management/Log Browsing] in the main menu, click to select browsing conditions: operating user, record type, risk level, range selection and operating terminal, select the check box for selecting objects in the upper right corner, click, select the appropriate type in the object type navigation tree, select the corresponding operating object on the right, click, and then click to obtain log data.
Network element time synchronization, once a month. In order to ensure that the time for reporting information by the network element is correct, it is necessary to keep the network element time consistent with the network management time. Select [Configuration/Network Element Time Synchronization] in the main menu, select a network element in the object tree on the left, click > >, select the network element to synchronize time, change the synchronization mode to "None", click, select these network elements again, and right-click [Synchronize with Network Management Time].
Network element configuration data backup, once a month.
In order to avoid the loss of network metadata, it is necessary to back up the configuration data of network elements. If the network element is powered off and restarted, the configuration data can be read from FDB0 and FDB 1.
