It is pointed out that the relationship between political liberation and religion is essentially the relationship between political liberation and human liberation.
This paper demonstrates the fundamental difference between political liberation and human liberation. The so-called political liberation is just a bourgeois revolution in which one exploitation system replaces another, and it cannot completely solve ethnic and religious problems. However, human liberation is a proletarian revolution that abolishes the private ownership of the means of production, eliminates the exploiting classes, and liberates mankind from the shackles of all social oppression. It is the premise and guarantee for thoroughly solving ethnic and religious problems.
On the Jewish Problem is a political paper written by Karl Marx, a German thinker, in 1843, which was first published in the German-French Yearbook.
This paper comprehensively criticizes Powell's view that the political issue of Jewish liberation is a purely religious issue, and points out that only by removing the secular shackles can the parochialism of religion be overcome. Instead of turning secular issues into theological issues, theological issues should come down to its secular basis and carry out critical reforms on this foundation itself.
