It has successively established 19 national, provincial and municipal training and assessment bases and skill appraisal centers with government departments and industry organizations, such as construction special workers' training, vocational skills appraisal of special workers in transportation industry, secondary fishermen's training, tourism commodity development and research center, and technical training of retired soldiers.
