Small and medium-sized enterprises are an important part of the national economy and play a decisive role in promoting economic development and social stability. However, due to its small investment scale, low capital and technology composition, great external macroeconomic influence, traditional system and other factors, the financial management of small and medium-sized enterprises is incompatible with their own development and market economy. We must strengthen the research on the financial management of small and medium-sized enterprises, make them adapt to the requirements of market economy, and promote the reform and development of small and medium-sized enterprises in China. Financial management is the core of modern enterprise management. There are many difficulties and problems in the financial management of small and medium-sized enterprises in China, which are difficult to adapt to the requirements of economic globalization and the development of enterprises themselves. Faced with the new situation and requirements, small and medium-sized enterprises must change their concepts, use new financial management methods and means, strengthen financial management, and improve financial management level and economic benefits. This paper first analyzes the problems existing in the financial management of small and medium-sized enterprises, and then puts forward some countermeasures to solve the problems existing in the financial management of small and medium-sized enterprises. Enable enterprises to improve their financial management and enhance their competitive strength.
