1) Before the Cultural Revolution, people who graduated with a bachelor's degree or above and were assessed as senior health technical posts published two papers in the first or second class medical and health journals.

2) Those who graduated from ordinary university classes, graduated from undergraduate universities after 1982, and were awarded the position of senior health technology, shall submit three papers for publication in the first-class or second-class medical and health journals.
