1, 60 days before delivery, milk powder plus specific drugs. When there are symptoms such as redness, swelling, fever and pain in the milk room, antibiotics or special drugs for mastitis should be injected into each milk room once a day after milking until it is cured. Severe cases should also be accompanied by systemic antibiotic injection, and the dosage should refer to the drug instructions.

2. During calving, disinfection of delivery room should be done to prevent postpartum endometritis. When the expected date of delivery has arrived, the delivery symptoms are obvious, the contractions and exertion are normal, and the fetus is not seen within 1 hour after the rupture of fetal water, it should be checked in time and midwifery measures such as correcting fetal position should be taken to make it produce. If the delivery of fetal ribs fails, laparotomy should be performed as soon as possible.

3. The placenta is still not discharged 24 hours after delivery (summer 12 hours). Antibiotics can be injected into the uterus 1 ~ 2 days 1 time until the placenta is completely discharged.

4. Within 0/4 days after delivery, vaginal mucus purulent or long-term unclean was found. Uterine hypertrophy should check directly and inject antibiotics or special drugs into the uterus in time to prevent endometritis and postpartum uterine involution.

5, postpartum 24-72 hours, such as postpartum paralysis, should be timely calcium treatment.

6. Pay close attention to postpartum appetite, spirit, body temperature and lactation of postpartum cows. If the cow is in poor health or weak health, it can be injected intravenously with 10% calcium gluconate injection or 5%- 10% glucose solution. Once postpartum septicemia occurs, all efforts must be made to rescue it and avoid death.
