After the defense, the secretary of the defense committee will submit the application for thesis defense, thesis review, thesis defense form, voting votes, papers and other related materials to the graduate management departments of colleges and hospitals for review. The voting votes of the defense meeting shall be kept by the graduate departments of all units (handled by themselves after three years), and other materials shall be handed over to the academic degree evaluation committee office of the school. The above-mentioned materials of those who fail to pass the degree-granting shall be kept by colleges and hospitals (after three years, they shall be disposed of by themselves).

Problems needing attention in the defense of dissertations in foreign language colleges

1. The applicant submits 1 copies of the title page of the dissertation prepared in advance and signed by the members of the National Defense Commission, and immediately retrieves the title page from the secretariat after the defense.

2. 5. Students who pass the thesis defense will come to the college within 1 week to input the master's degree basic data table information into the degree system.

6. The defense secretary usually gives the title page of the thesis given by the applicant to the members of the defense committee for signature when the applicant enters the defense, and returns the signed title page to the applicant on the spot when the applicant leaves the defense.

7. The Minister of National Defense shall require the members of the National Defense Commission to sign the relevant columns of the thesis defense form before their defense or before leaving, and require the chairman of the National Defense Commission to sign the "thesis defense resolution".

8. After the defense, the defense secretary will submit the completed thesis defense form, thesis defense situation form, thesis defense meeting minutes and voting situation form to the Graduate Work Department of the College within 1-2 days.
