2) Language literacy of nurses. The beautiful language of nurses can not only make patients feel happy, but also play a role in treating diseases. The friendly language of nurses is conducive to reducing the mental burden of patients, enhancing their confidence and determination to overcome diseases and maintaining the best state of receiving medical care. Therefore, nurses should behave steadily, be kind, introduce themselves appropriately and address patients politely. Choose the right time, the right environment and a good atmosphere to talk with patients.
