Polytechnic College of Hebei University of Science and Technology is a full-time independent college at undergraduate level approved by the Ministry of Education and the People's Government of Hebei Province. It is organized by key multidisciplinary backbone universities in Hebei Province, "Excellent Engineer Education and Training Program" universities and national first-class universities supported by Hebei Province.

The college is located in Shijiazhuang, the capital of Hebei Province, and enjoys a good environment and high-quality resources for the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. Since its establishment, it has achieved leap-forward development, with 6 undergraduate majors1and more than 5000 students1. It is a comprehensive undergraduate university with good school conditions and integrating engineering, management, science, literature, law, economics, art and other disciplines.

The college is divided into two campuses, and the teaching staff and educational resources are shared with Hebei University of Science and Technology. The central campus is located at No.70 Yuhua East Road, which belongs to the central area of the city. There are many cultural institutions such as provincial libraries, provincial museums, Hebei newspaper group and Hebei radio station. The largest business circle in the provincial capital, the Northland business circle and the White business circle embrace each other.

The new campus is located at No.26 Yuxiang Street and is known as a garden-style campus with beautiful scenery. Muxing Lake, Times Square, Heyuan, Wangjie Island, Xianyu Bridge, Mengting and other campus attractions create an elegant environment with lakes and mountains, small bridges and flowing water, and convey a profound concept of studying.
