Mine: This project mainly studies the cloning, expression and functional identification of long-chain fatty acid coenzyme A ligase and sucrose phosphorylase genes in Bacillus thermophilus NG80-2. It is predicted that long-chain fatty acid coenzyme A ligase can activate fatty acids with longer carbon chains as substrates. At present, there is little research on sucrose phosphorylase, which has glycosyltransferase activity and has a good application prospect. According to the existing conditions, a feasible experimental scheme is designed, which is very innovative and operable, and the subject is completely feasible.
Imitation is to introduce the content first, then the meaning, and then the feasibility.
