Matters needing attention
1. This thesis can only be defended by telephone (093 1-89 13730). When registering, you should provide accurate information such as name, admission ticket number, citizenship number, email address and telephone number.
2. Within two weeks after registration, the law school sends a notice of graduation thesis writing and defense arrangement to the examinee's mailbox, and the examinee writes the thesis according to the writing requirements in the notice, and submits (mails) the paper version and the electronic version according to the requirements of the paper submission time node in the notice.
3. After the candidates submit their papers by email for the first time, the law school arranges tutors according to the subject direction of the candidates' papers, and the tutors guide the candidates to revise the papers according to the candidates' writing contents and the collection of papers' reference materials.
4. After receiving the guidance, the candidates will revise, test and revise the test paper within the time limit specified by the instructor until the final test paper is formed. Use VIP paper inspection system, submit the original duplicate check report, and require the copy ratio to be within 30%.
Only papers that have been revised and tested according to the guidance and suggestions of the tutor can participate in the defense.
5. Candidates who participate in the defense submit (mail) the paper version of the final paper in triplicate before the time node notified by the tutor, and send the electronic version to the designated mailbox. The paper version of the paper test report (write the citizenship number, signature and date in the blank space on the home page) is submitted (mailed) together with the paper version.
6. Exemption from defense requirements: Candidates who have published more than one legal paper (not less than 3,000 words) in domestic official journals in the past three years as the first author may apply for exemption from defense. The application for exemption from defense and the original journal shall be mailed to the Law School before March 18, 2022.
7. Defense mode: According to the needs of epidemic prevention and control, choose one of the defense modes such as nailing, Tencent video conference, and site, and the specific mode will be notified separately.
8. Build a group (nail) before the defense, and send a reply candidate information form in the group for candidates to check the information; Send the QR code paid by Alipay of Finance Department of Lanzhou University within three days before the defense, and scan the code to pay the defense review fee. The standard of defense review fee shall be implemented according to the relevant documents of Gansu Provincial Development and Reform Commission, Gansu Provincial Department of Finance and Gansu Provincial Department of Education, and shall be notified in the defense group within one week before the defense.
Scan the code to pay the fee as follows: scan the code to enter the education payment page of Lanzhou University → law school to pay the fee → law school self-study thesis defense fee → fill in the name and admission ticket number → confirm the submission.
9. After the defense, you can get the payment invoice from the school finance department.
