What are the training methods of spatial orientation ability?
Spatial orientation ability refers to people's ability to judge and identify their posture, position and movement in space, that is, vestibular balance function. Through the methods of balance training, vision training, spatial perception training, rapid reaction training and action coordination training, the individual's orientation and recovery ability can be effectively improved.

Here are some common training methods:

-Puzzle game: Choose some mazes with different complexity, and ask participants to find the exit of the maze within a specified time. This process requires participants to observe the structure and path of the maze, and correctly judge and choose the direction.

-Flight Simulator: Flight Simulator is a kind of equipment specially used to simulate flight, which can help pilots improve their spatial orientation ability.

-Visual tracking: display an object on the screen and ask participants to follow it. In this process, we should pay attention to the cooperation of eyes and hands.

-Stereo vision training: Through stereo vision training, individuals' perception of depth and distance can be improved.
