Abstract: With the rapid development of animation industry in China, higher vocational colleges in China have begun to attach importance to animation teaching. If we want to organically combine animation teaching with animation industry in higher vocational colleges, we must improve the current teaching mode and teaching status and truly integrate with animation industry. Based on the analysis of the problems existing in animation teaching in higher vocational colleges, this paper puts forward the measures of organically combining animation teaching with animation industry in higher vocational colleges.

In recent years, the animation industry has developed by leaps and bounds in China, and the state has paid more attention to animation education. As a new industry, animation industry will have great development prospects. However, the animation education in China is not mature enough, and students' knowledge is not enough to connect with the social industry, so cultivating high-quality practical animation talents is the primary goal now. Therefore, higher vocational colleges should change the teaching mode of animation teaching in higher vocational colleges, realize the organic combination with animation industry, cultivate high-quality talents for China's animation industry and promote the development of China's animation industry.
First, the problems in animation teaching in higher vocational colleges
1. 1 Students lack innovative spirit.
At present, China's higher vocational education lacks the cultivation of students' innovative ability. Colleges and universities blindly focus on cultivating students' ability to learn knowledge and ignore students' creativity, which makes students' creativity questioned. At the same time, there are many plagiarism in the animation market. Because students don't associate technology with knowledge, they simply copy other people's works. The animation teaching process in higher vocational colleges is influenced by this bad atmosphere, and the importance of thinking innovation is ignored in the teaching process, which makes students lack imagination and innovative consciousness in the animation learning process.
1.2 rigid teaching mode
The traditional education mode has been deeply rooted in teachers' minds, but it is not suitable for animation teaching. Students can't apply what they have learned in class to practice. This teaching mode is gradually divorced from the development of animation industry, which not only has a great impact on students' practical ability, but also makes them unable to integrate into the work of enterprises as soon as possible.

When most higher vocational colleges set up animation education and teaching courses, they did not accurately understand the demand for talents in the animation market, so the education direction deviated. Coupled with the development of electronic information technology, various animation software and image processing software began to appear in front of people, and many higher vocational teachers began to turn their teaching objectives to software application and operation. Although software is really helpful for animation production, the real animation industry still needs a large number of talents with basic skills, and most schools are eager for quick success, so that students are skilled in using software but have no basic skills.

China's higher vocational education has clearly proposed to train talents in combination with the needs of enterprises. Students in higher vocational colleges will have fixed internship time and teachers will have professional training after graduation, but the organic combination of animation teaching and animation industry has not been realized. Because in the usual courses and teaching links, students learn according to the teacher's ideas, and all they can master are the contents of books. However, the current enterprise animation production technology is updated very quickly, and the book knowledge can not meet the employment needs of enterprises at all, so the animation teaching in higher vocational colleges has not really been combined with the animation industry.

2. 1 Formulate scientific and reasonable personnel training objectives
Animation teaching in higher vocational colleges should be different from the training purpose of undergraduates, focusing on practicality, supplemented by innovative application, and cultivating professional animation talents suitable for the animation market. Colleges and universities should actively set up research groups to investigate and analyze the development and demand of local animation industry, fully grasp the industrial demand, and formulate corresponding training plans to provide protection for counterpart training.
2.2 Strengthen basic training
At present, many animation majors in domestic universities no longer attach importance to hand-drawn teaching, and students lack a solid foundation. Although the animation design process is more about software design, objectively speaking, the setting of color course can cultivate students' better color aesthetic feeling and strong modeling ability, which has an intangible influence on students. In the process of creating works, computer software only plays an auxiliary role in this process, and the real design process is the application of basic skills. Therefore, colleges and universities should correctly recognize this point, reasonably set up hand-drawn courses, and set up software operation courses on the basis that hand-drawn courses can be completely absorbed, so that students can have a basic knowledge of technology and really learn the connotation of animation.
2.3 Strengthen animation practice teaching
Compared with western education, China's educational methods are still relatively backward, especially in practical teaching. Colleges and universities should promptly organize animation teachers to carry out animation teaching seminars and animation practice research, listen to some professional lectures, cooperate with some related enterprises, and carry out teaching modes such as "school-enterprise cooperation" and "work-study combination", which is very helpful to carry out practical teaching. After class, teachers can lead students to visit and practice in the enterprise, so that students can fully feel the animation culture in the enterprise, so that students can not only understand the working methods of modern animation enterprises, but also learn a lot of advanced knowledge and skills in practice, and better realize the combination with the animation industry.
2.4 Students-oriented cultivation of innovative ability
In the process of animation teaching in higher vocational colleges, teachers should emphasize the importance of students' innovation. Due to the bad influence of animation industry in society, creativity gradually disappears. Animation teachers should explain the main points of the course to students and leave homework in the course, but they should pay attention to combining innovation with it. After-class homework can put forward production requirements, give students appropriate room to play, and let students give full play to their imagination and complete their own works. Moreover, students will try their best to solve the problems encountered in this process, which greatly mobilizes students' enthusiasm, makes students create more novel works as the main body of learning, and better promotes the combination of animation teaching and animation industry in higher vocational colleges.
2.5 Establish a scientific animation curriculum system
The teaching of animation specialty in higher vocational colleges should be based on the actual working situation of animation industry, set up a scientific and reasonable curriculum system, and carry out teaching work centered on school-enterprise cooperation. In the process of establishing the teaching system, colleges and universities are required to complete the course content setting under the guidance of experts, formulate practical plans suitable for the needs of animation enterprises, offer professional courses for students and also carry out public courses, realize the purpose of combining teaching with practice, create a teaching system suitable for the current development, improve the animation teaching quality in higher vocational colleges, and train more high-quality talents for the animation industry.

With the continuous development of animation industry in China, animation teaching in higher vocational colleges in China has gradually approached the market. In order to provide students with a better learning environment and cultivate talents for China's animation industry, we should take effective measures to realize the organic combination of animation teaching and animation industry in higher vocational colleges as soon as possible, so as to make China's animation industry develop rapidly.
