He is the academic leader of the excellent course "Traditional Chinese Medicine Resources" in Jilin Province, the outstanding teaching team leader of "Traditional Chinese Medicine Resources and Development" in Jilin Agricultural University, and the head of "Traditional Chinese Medicine Resources and Development Specialty" in the national specialty construction site. He has taught undergraduate and graduate students the courses of medicinal plant cultivation, medicinal plant ecology, medicinal plant research methods, medicinal plant tissue culture, Chinese medicine biotechnology, medicinal plant resources, medicinal plant resources, biotechnology pharmacy, molecular pharmacognosy and so on. He presided over, participated in and completed more than 20 national, provincial and ministerial scientific research projects.
