Now, the regulatory detailed planning of Fenghuang Lake plot in the east of Tongxiang city center has come. The planning scope is east of Huancheng East Road, south of Puyuan Avenue, west of South Yongxing Port and north of Lianhua Bridge Port, with a total planned area of 392.06 hectares.
Under the urban functional structure, the overall spatial structure of the planning area is controlled as one core, two centers, one zone, three axes and four zones, in which one core refers to the central landscape core of Fenghuang Lake, two centers refer to the northern financial and business center and the southern cultural activity center of Fenghuang Lake, one zone refers to the development zone around the lake, and three axes refer to three functional axes, namely, the main axis connecting one core and two centers and the secondary axis of urban function formed by relying on Huancheng East Road and Erhuan East Road.
