I. Dance and choreography

Dance is one of the eight great arts. Because it is not limited by language and writing, it can arouse the hearts of dancers and audiences. Artistic dance has a complete artistic structure, rigorous action rules, elaborate composition design, distinctive themes and delicate performance requirements. Generally rely on props such as music. Can create a vivid artistic image on the stage. Dance itself has a variety of social significance and functions, including sports, social/courtship, sacrifice, etiquette and so on.

A good dance work first depends on whether you have an excellent creator (choreographer), and objective life is impartial to every creator. Why do artists create different works of art in the face of the same life scene? Why do they use the same materials to create works with different aesthetic feelings? The author believes that this is mainly due to the differences in artists' subjective psychological conditions. It is an inseparable and complete artistic creation process that the creator goes deep into life to capture the dance image, create and organize the dance language, arrange and design the dance fragments, and finally embody his artistic concept on the stage through rehearsal. Therefore, in the creative process of dance works, the choreographer is also closely linked and inseparable.

Second, how the choreographer strives to be novel and unique.

(A) innovative ideas into the creation

With the development and progress of society, people's thoughts, aesthetics and consciousness are changing. It is this development situation that requires our choreographer to keep pace with the times. The director's task should be to develop, perfect, create and innovate stage art. If a nation wants to be at the forefront of the times, it can't be without theoretical thinking and can't stop theoretical innovation for a moment. Innovation plays an important role in art research. In spoken language, the word "innovation" is often used to express the result of reform. Since reform is regarded as the main driving force of economic development, the factors that promote innovation are also regarded as crucial.

As an organizer, choreographers should be good at using various dance techniques to express their lives. Because of the success of a dance work, it is not enough to rely on the dance action itself. Only by unifying the work of all departments can we create a new and perfect work. As a director, we should think more and accumulate more in the creative process, and grasp the image and ideas. We should be good at discovering what others can't see, and don't let other people's feelings affect us. We should do it boldly and try it boldly, so that we can produce something new in the creative process that we can't even think about. In the creative process, innovation should be reflected in many aspects: new ideas, new themes, new dance languages, new choreography, new costumes, new character modeling and so on.

In the process of creation, we should think more and accumulate more, and grasp the image and ideas. We should be good at discovering what others can't see, getting rid of the old and absorbing the new, so as to produce something new that we can't even think of ourselves in the creative process. Try to choose a theme that can be danced. Dance language is new, that is, the dance vocabulary chosen by the choreographer should not be too popular, but should give full play to the appeal of body language, and through the expression of body language, people will have an unforgettable feeling. Dance creation itself is a hard process, and in this process, the choreographer must give full play to his thinking ability and imagination. What is image? Some people generally say that it is "a picture of one's character and destiny." The director's task is to express life with dance, so that this image has the characteristics of dance, which requires the director to give full play to his imagination. Imagination, like the wings of a bird, will make you vast and imaginative. With imagination, there will be creative inspiration.

(C) the characteristics of creativity into creation

The first should be dance vocabulary. In any dance work, if we want to reflect the theme well, we must make good use of dance vocabulary, which should be unique and unique. The choreographer should carefully understand the structure of various parts of the human body, so as to properly express the lightness, softness, slowness and urgency of dance vocabulary in the process of choreography. Unique dance vocabulary can stimulate the audience's perspective and satisfy their vision. A good dance work often leaves an intuitive and profound impression on the audience, followed by the formation, that is, the picture (composition) of the dance formation. The picture is the link to express the content of the work, deal with emotional changes and connect dance movements and steps. In the sense of space, it is the trajectory of dancing in space (forming a picture). From the stage point of view, it is called stage scheduling. A good dance work, its formation and picture changes are like a flowing painting, giving people a high degree of beauty. In the process of creation, directors must be good at observing, searching and discovering what directors want from different angles, refining and perfecting unique formations, pictures and vocabulary, so that the works created can truly achieve unique artistic effects.

Conclusion: Before creating dance works, a director should first have personal spiritual feelings, which mainly refers to the subjective emotional feelings of the creator. It is the stimulation of these spiritual feelings that aroused the passion of the director and the impulse to create works. The author believes that with the continuous development of dance art, dance choreographers will also contribute their own strength to dance art through creation.
