Great pressure from all sides makes their lives mostly dull, empty and directionless. I wonder if what they have learned can be used in the future. Lack of sense of direction, feeling confused.
Faced with the social reality of the whole commodity economy, in order to make a living, they always try their best to get some certificates unrelated to their majors. Even many doctoral students in science and engineering are "dissatisfied with their majors and half bottles collide", which seriously wastes valuable time.
It is difficult for doctoral students to publish articles, especially those in humanities and social sciences. It is generally believed that if you study well, you will be an official. When it comes to papers and scientific research, you will pull a long face. They themselves don't want to hold thick books all day, bury themselves in the illusory attic and build more illusory "castles in the air", but the realistic pressure of the paper research forces them to do so.
In-service doctor
On-the-job doctor refers to a doctoral student who has obtained the admission qualification through the normal entrance examination (unified examination or single examination) and works and studies while the teaching or training plan of the training unit allows.
I don't have an in-service doctorate. Those who meet the requirements in the on-the-job doctoral course examination will be awarded a degree and a degree certificate through thesis defense, but no graduation certificate will be issued.
