The project leader can only declare 1 national social science fund projects in that year, and cannot participate in the declaration of social science fund projects in other countries as a member of the research group; The members of the research group participated in at most two national social science fund projects in the same year; Persons in charge of national social science fund projects, national natural science fund projects and other national scientific research projects under research cannot apply for new national social science fund projects (those whose completion certificate date is before 2065438+ 1 in March, 2004 can apply), and members of the research group of national projects under research can apply for at most one national social science fund project.

2. The person in charge of applying for NSFC projects and other national scientific research projects cannot apply for NSFC projects in the same year, and the members of the research group cannot apply for NSFC projects as the person in charge of the same or similar projects.

3. The person in charge who applies for the research project of humanities and social sciences of the Ministry of Education cannot apply for the national social science fund project in the same year.

4. Anyone who applies for a national social science fund project on the basis of various projects under research or completed should indicate the connection and difference between the application project and the undertaking project in the application form, and may not apply for multiple fund projects with the same results with basically the same content.

5. To declare the national social science fund project based on the doctoral dissertation or postdoctoral outbound report, the connection and difference between the application project and the dissertation (outbound report) should be indicated in the application form, and the original dissertation (outbound report) should be submitted when applying for appraisal.

6. It is not allowed to apply for national social science fund projects with basically the same content with published research results.

7 to declare key projects and general projects, you must have professional and technical positions at or above the deputy senior level (or equivalent to the deputy senior level); Applicants for youth projects (including members of the research group) are not over 35 years old (born after 1979.03. 1). Those who do not have professional and technical positions above deputy senior level shall be recommended by two peer experts with professional and technical positions at senior level.

8. The applicant must engage in practical research work and truly undertake and be responsible for organizing the implementation of the project. Participants or recommenders of the project must obtain their consent and sign, otherwise it will be regarded as illegal declaration. Applicants can attract overseas researchers to participate in the application as members of the research group according to the actual needs of the research.

9. Full-time graduate students cannot apply, and in-service doctoral students (postdoctoral students) who meet the application conditions shall apply by their work units.
