Finalization is a link in the process of writing and publishing papers. Generally, an article will go through three stages: first draft, middle draft and final draft. Finalization is the last stage, which means that the article has been revised and polished to meet the publishing requirements and is the final version. So the final article means qualified. There is no problem with this statement.

Finalization means that there is no need to change it. Passing means that you are only one step away from the ultimate success. Under the guidance of the tutor, after the last edition of the paper is revised, the format and chart of the paper can be checked as required. If the check rate does not exceed 20% (there are differences between institutions, and the check rate of 5%- 15% is the best), you can basically sit and wait for the final defense.

If subdivided, the concept of final draft can have two meanings: one is for the author, that is, the final draft in the process of writing a paper, and the other is the final version and final draft of an article after peer review and revision by the author. No matter what kind of final draft, the article has reached a certain standard, and even the final draft written by the author has reached the standard of submission. In contrast, the second final draft of the article means that the article has arrived for publication.
