Experience of learning management science

abstract:

Management is the most common and important activity in all kinds of human activities. In the past hundred years, people have called the basic management theories and methods formed by studying the laws of management activities management science. Since people began to form groups to achieve goals that individuals could not achieve, management has become an essential factor in coordinating individual efforts. With the increasing dependence of human society on collective efforts and the expansion of more and more organized groups, the task of managers becomes more and more important. Therefore, managers should not only have a sense of professionalism and service, but also have the ability to solve emergencies. The most important thing is to be reliable, handle affairs, and do things without accidents.

Management is a course I took at the end of last semester. At first, I chose because I thought I would be an entrepreneur or a company boss in the future, and the first problem I faced was "talent". However, I faced "management" indirectly. I have heard that "the weather is not as good as the geographical position, and the geographical position is not as good as harmony with people", which also illustrates the importance of management from the side, because the key to retaining talents lies in management, so I took this course.

Time flies. By the tenth week, the course will be finished. I think for some reason, let me explain first. I wrote "experience" instead of "experience". The so-called "experience" is what I get in my heart every year. At this point, I think everyone will naturally have a little experience as long as they have touched something. So, I wrote my own experience.

When you talk about things, you must talk about people first. Let me talk about myself first. I didn't miss a class in this course, only I was late twice. I think the teacher can forgive me for this. In every class, I listen carefully and take notes carefully. My attitude is that it is not an elective course for me, but a compulsory course. Of course, I respect it. Of course, I have a lot of experience.

Besides, a person is naturally our teacher. I think my feelings are absolutely the same as those of most people.

There are teachers from Jingguan College in our class. His surname is Yang, and he is called "Teacher Yang". Not fat, not tall, not black or white, nearsighted, born with a pair of glasses. Be a gentleman in stupidity; Harmonious and natural, because he never puts on airs; Seriously, because he never loses the essence of a teacher; Humor is his greatest highlight; Seriously is his invisible model. Because his class is "having fun with the people": laugh, everyone laughs together, be quiet, everyone is quiet. Because he didn't mechanically copy the knowledge in the book at all, but tried to give more examples and ask more questions, which enriched the emptiness and complexity of the textbook. His lectures are always simple, easy to understand, easy to understand and abstruse. It is his patience that has withstood people's inquiry!

As I said above, I don't regard it as an elective course, but it is a compulsory course for me. Of course, I must have learned a lot!

First of all, I understand the composition of this subject: the emergence and development of management, as well as the principles of ancient and modern classic management. In this chapter, we have learned many classic management examples. First of all, the most important principle of management-people-oriented. This is consistent with the modern management concept, and people-oriented is heard everywhere. So, here, I really came into contact with this concept in books.

Secondly, the "interpersonal skills" between managers prove that "the weather is not as good as the geographical position, and the geographical position is not as good as people." An excellent manager must handle interpersonal relationships well. At the same time, "interpersonal relationship" is also the basic point for a person to stand on the society.

Once again: division of labor and cooperation, division of labor requires each to do his own job, and cooperation is the "team spirit" that is being hotly discussed now.

In summing up this chapter, the teacher put forward the following five very useful suggestions:

1: PEM proficient;

2. Improve the psychological model;

3. Establish a common vision;

4. Team learning;

5. Systematic thinking.

Second: understand some basic ideas of this course. The first is "Morality and Social Responsibility". No matter which course, I think it is very important. In this extremely competitive society, "morality and responsibility" has become the key to our survival in this society. Outlook on life, values and value orientation have also been mentioned. Second, global management. This is very popular in today's society, because the development of modern society faces the world, the future and the 2 1 century. There is also "information management", which is a new concept, because it didn't exist in the past and was put forward to adapt to the development of today's society. The establishment of the Internet has changed people's thinking mode and human behavior mode, which constantly requires modern people to specialize in this aspect of management.

Three aspects of management: decision-making and planning, organization, leadership, control and innovation. Speaking of decision-making, the teacher once said two famous sayings of others: "When you do something, you'd better not make a decision before you have the best opinion (that is, brainstorming). If there seems to be only one way to do something, then this method may be wrong. " I think this illustrates two basic points that we should grasp when making a decision. It teaches us not to be "idealistic", but to have our own views! At the same time, regardless of the knowledge in books, teachers generally put forward the following ideas of 6W and 3H, "What, why, when, which, WHO, where, how and how much". With these, we can make better decisions!
