Management is the most common and important activity in all kinds of human activities. In the past hundred years, people have called the basic management theories and methods formed by studying the laws of management activities management science. Since people began to form groups to achieve goals that individuals could not achieve, management has become an essential factor in coordinating individual efforts. With the increasing dependence of human society on collective efforts and the expansion of more and more organized groups, the task of managers becomes more and more important. Therefore, managers should not only have a sense of professionalism and service, but also have the ability to solve emergencies. The most important thing is to be reliable, handle affairs, and do things without accidents.

Management is a course I took at the end of last semester. At first, I chose because I thought I would be an entrepreneur or a company boss in the future, and the first problem I faced was "talent". However, I faced "management" indirectly. I have heard that "the weather is not as good as the geographical position, and the geographical position is not as good as harmony with people", which also illustrates the importance of management from the side, because the key to retaining talents lies in management, so I took this course.

Time flies. By the tenth week, the course will be finished. I think for some reason, let me explain first. I wrote "experience" instead of "experience". So, I wrote my own experience.

When you talk about things, you must talk about people first. Let me talk about myself first. I didn't miss a class in this course, only I was late twice. I think the teacher can forgive me for this. In every class, I listen carefully and take notes carefully. My attitude is that it is not an elective course for me, but a compulsory course. Of course, I respect it. Of course, I have a lot of experience.

Because he didn't mechanically copy the knowledge in the book at all, but tried to give more examples and ask more questions, which enriched the emptiness and complexity of the textbook. As I said above, I don't regard it as an elective course, but it is a compulsory course for me. Of course, I must have learned a lot!

Speaking of decision-making, the teacher once said two famous sayings of others: "When you do something, you'd better not make a decision before you have the best opinion (that is, brainstorming). If there seems to be only one way to do something, then this method may be wrong. " I think this illustrates two basic points that we should grasp when making a decision. It teaches us not to be "idealistic", but to have our own views! At the same time, regardless of the knowledge in books, teachers generally put forward the following ideas of 6W and 3H, "What, why, when, which, WHO, where, how and how much".
