Lack of originality of the paper: the originality of the paper will be reviewed in the external review. Experimental argumentation will often be rejected if it plagiarizes other people's published documents, or can be inferred from known papers and documents through simple reasoning, or plagiarizes other people's achievements. Analysis is not in place: although the external audit has made new discoveries, the paper has not been refined and sublimated, and has risen to the height of theory. Only a simple qualitative description, lack of quantitative and theoretical analysis will often be rejected.

As long as two experts pass the blind trial or two experts pass the external trial, they have the right of reply. The defense Committee does not include experts from external auditors, and only half of them can graduate.
