1. Vigorously improve college students' awareness of energy conservation and emission reduction. Improve college students' awareness of energy saving and emission reduction through various forms. In addition, plan every meal and save every grain. This is what every college student in Xinjiang can do, and it is the most realistic and effective energy saving and emission reduction activity.
