2. The coarse filter element in the oil pump joint is easily blocked by dirt such as cotton wool, so it should be checked and cleaned frequently, and the damaged filter element must be repaired or replaced in time.
3. If there is a rubber sealing device between the hand oil pump piston and the hand oil pump body, do not disassemble it at will, and replace it in time if it is damaged.
4. The hand oil pump must be pressed back after use, and the button should be tightened to prevent the hand oil pump and apron or ball valve and valve seat from air intake or oil leakage due to too tight pressure.
5. Ensure that the elasticity of the "four springs" of the plunger oil pump is normal. "Four springs" are piston spring, tappet (roller) spring, oil inlet valve spring and oil outlet valve spring. If the spring elasticity is weakened or broken, it should be replaced or padded in time.
6. Ensure that all gaskets are intact. Plastic gaskets should not be removed too often, but should be replaced regularly.
7. Some oil pumps have oil drain holes, which are used to make a small amount of diesel oil leaked from the oil pump directly flow out of the pump body. Do not block the hole to prevent diesel oil from entering the oil pan of the fuel injection pump to dilute the lubricating oil.
8. If there is too much diesel oil in the oil pan of the fuel injection pump, check whether the clearance between the piston and pump body of the fuel transfer pump and the tappet sleeve is too large, and handle it in time if it is too large, so as to avoid poor lubrication of internal parts of the fuel injection pump and governor due to serious diesel oil leakage.
9. When stopping for a long time, anti-rust measures must be taken to prevent the mating surface of the oil pump, especially the piston and pump body, tappet and tappet kit from rusting due to water in the oil (when stopping, replace the lubricating oil with water, diesel oil and other impurities in the oil pan of the fuel injection pump).
10. The injected diesel oil should be precipitated and filtered to ensure cleanliness, so as to prevent excessive impurities from aggravating the wear of the oil inlet valve, oil outlet valve and valve seat of the oil transfer pump, and sometimes the oil valve may even be blocked by impurities and fail.
