Changes in hometown

The road is open, the bridge is closed and the lights are on. Changsha has changed so much that the old Changsha, which has become a local, can't find the way home.

Remember when I was five years old. My mother took me to my grandmother's house to play. When I passed Wuyi Road, I found it was muddy, narrow and dilapidated, with yellow mud and garbage everywhere. Moreover, there are so many people that the car can only drive slowly, often in a few minutes, and it takes several hours to get here. On both sides of the road are some dangerous houses to be demolished and some messy advertising slogans.

But it's different now. This road is very beautiful and smooth, with no end in the west and no end in the east. Walking on the sidewalk, a refreshing word smells fragrant and makes people feel relaxed and happy. A few steps forward, there is a big square, a square with various facilities, a good place for people to relax and entertain, and a pearl on May Day Road.

Not only the road has changed, but also the house where we live has changed greatly. With the continuous expansion of Changsha city, houses on both sides of the road are also rapidly established. According to statistics, there are more than 600 12-storey buildings in Changsha, and the building quality is constantly improving. Nowadays, people not only buy houses, but also buy the environment. For example: Tongsheng Lakeside Villa. Last time, my mother took me there. This residential area is surrounded by mountains and rivers, with beautiful environment and complete facilities, which is the dream residence of many people.

Once upon a time, Changsha was so lonely and silent, monotonous and boring. Today's Changsha is full of colorful dances. With the mutual reflection of lights and starlight, the wide roads and buildings with different styles are more transparent under the background of various auras, and Changsha gradually presents the style of a metropolis.

Yes! Changsha has really changed. Bigger, taller, more beautiful and greener. I love my hometown.

Changes in hometown

Since I was born, my family has lived in four houses, each with a different history.

13 years ago, in this small town, a couple came. They bought a house in Quantangwan and gave birth to me. This is a small house with only two rooms. Now, that's really tiny. But 12 years ago, it was a nice house. The room is arranged in perfect order. In the bigger house, there is a bed for our family to sleep, and there is only a small and simple sofa next to the bed. This is even a living room and a bedroom. Another smaller room is used as a kitchen, and there is no running water pipe at home. When you want to use water, you must go out and get water from the public water pipe. Although the house is not very good, but in this house, a little life was born, that is me.

Two years later, our family moved. The new home is in Xinmin Village. This house is much bigger than the old one, with three rooms. This time there are many more things than before, including water pipes and toilets, and the area of the room has also increased a lot. I don't know when there was another swallow's nest under my roof. Our family and neighbors like swallows very much. One day, a swallow didn't know what to eat and got sick. When the neighbors found out, they took the swallow home. With everyone's concern, the swallow will get well soon.

1994, my family moved to Xinmin Er Village, where I found my real childhood. There, dozens of "iron buddies" play day and night every day. They are required to play from morning till night every day. I went to this house and then to that house. Whatever it is, we can play all day. Mud can pinch houses and build castles; Sand can dig traps and make caves; Stones can be used as bombs, wood can be used for fighting, and we can go to barbecue together. Of course, the so-called children's barbecue is to use a few bricks, just find an iron to cover it, pour some oil, put some pepper, then take a boiled egg from home, light a fire below, and teppanyaki will begin. We never have anything to play here. This is really a paradise for children.

At the beginning of 2000, our family moved to our present house, 140 square meters, which is about 7 times larger than the first house. At this time, our home is also equipped with air conditioners, televisions, computers, microwave ovens and other things. It really has everything. Although there are so many things and the house is so big, the fun is much less. There are no children to play here, adults can't play with me when they go to work, and grandparents can't play with me when they are old. It's boring to find a few people to play ball. Compared with that time in Xinmin Second Village, it is simply the difference between heaven and hell. As TV said: There are many things at home, but children's fun is much less. But I also grew up and learned to adapt to the environment.

In just 13 years, our family has changed so much, which shows that our life is better. I wonder, what will 12 years be like?
