45 seconds to complete one piece, soft and hard processing, cold and hot processing, why is this an advanced processing production line?
High speed, high precision and high intelligence are all manifestations of advanced processing production lines.

Each processing station is connected by a conveying system, and the original parts (unprocessed parts) enter from one end of the production line, and are conveyed to the next adjacent station by the conveying system after processing at one station. Each station completes different processing procedures, and after the last station, the parts that have completed all processing procedures are obtained.

There may also be some inspection workstations on the production line, which are used to automatically check the machining quality of the workpiece during machining. In addition, there may be some manually operated workstations instead of automatic processing programs, which are extremely difficult to realize technically and uneconomical economically.

Because the machining of parts usually requires high machining accuracy and naturally requires high positioning accuracy of parts, a special fixture-traveling fixture is used to automatically transfer parts. Attaching fixture can not only accurately locate the parts to be machined, but also move, locate and clamp them on the machining workstation.

Because the parts can be accurately positioned on the matching fixture, they can also be moved, positioned and accurately positioned on the machining workstation, so the accurate positioning of the parts relative to the machining tools can be ensured. Because the matching fixture needs to be recycled, the automatic processing production line is usually connected end to end.

Automatic processing production lines can generally adopt various structural forms. Where space is limited, the linear production line may not have enough space. In order to reduce the production area occupied by the production line, or when the length of the production line is too long, the production line can be designed in an L shape.

If the production line is arranged in an "L" shape, there is still space limitation. In order to further reduce the space occupied by the production line, the production line can be designed in a "U" shape, as shown in Figure 3. Another advantage of this design is that it is convenient to imagine the workpiece on the production line to treat different surfaces of the workpiece.
