Through the Internet of Things, Internet, cloud computing, artificial intelligence and other technologies, a cloud-edge cooperation mechanism is constructed, and integrated control, intelligent scheduling and algorithms of robots are integrated into the cloud platform, so as to realize intelligent, digital and automatic management and control of complex business of intelligent logistics robots. The protocol conversion between sensor networks and communication networks and between different types of sensor networks is realized through the intelligent device gateway, and the interface docking standards of different devices, different device manufacturers and different system technologies are unified; Through intelligent edge computing, the data aggregation, optimization and screening of intelligent logistics equipment are localized and pre-analyzed, and the data is processed at the edge to ensure the response requirements in real-time interactive scenarios. At the same time, high-value data are uploaded to the cloud for complex business processing, which reduces data transmission and improves the communication efficiency between the server and the edge. Through intelligent data management and control of data acquisition, data processing, data storage, self-perception, self-adaptation and self-driving, online real-time operation analysis and resource allocation suggestions are provided.
(3) Introduce simulation technology and big data algorithm to realize lean management. Simulation technology and big data algorithm play a vital role in intelligent manufacturing. On the basis of the original mature e-commerce logistics data and simulation team, Jingdong Logistics established a data and simulation team specifically for the intelligent manufacturing industry. Practice has proved that it can greatly shorten the overall performance climbing cycle of the system and help the lean manufacturing goal.
