Therefore, the catalyst has high hydrothermal stability and heavy oil cracking ability, good coke selectivity and outstanding heavy metal pollution resistance. LCH catalyst is a new type of heavy oil cracking catalyst developed after the first generation of ultra-stable Y-type heavy oil cracking catalyst ZCM-7 in China. (3) Rare earth hydrogen Y(REHY) molecular sieve cracking catalyst: RHZ―300 catalyst has the characteristics of high activity, good coke selectivity, strong heavy metal resistance and high mechanical strength, and is suitable for heavy oil catalytic cracking. The coke reduction effect of RHZ―300 catalyst is very obvious, which meets the needs of blending more residual oil. Lanet ~ 35 catalyst is a new type of heavy oil catalytic cracking catalyst, which takes REHY and improved ultra-stable molecular sieve as active components and adopts high activity composite matrix. The catalyst has strong heavy oil conversion ability. When the slag ratio is 60%, the yield of gasoline+diesel+liquefied gas reaches 82.83%, and the output and quality can also meet the requirements. Gasoline has high octane number, which can directly produce 90 # gasoline for export, and the yield of dry gas and coke is low; The catalyst has strong resistance to heavy metals.
