Two results

See table 1 for the initial employment of graduates majoring in business administration in our school. 2. 1 The proportion of students participating in "sending" decreased, while the proportion of students participating in "sending" increased from 2009 to 20 13. Students who participated in the "dispatch" decreased from 14.55% in 2009 to 8.79% in 20 13 years, and participated in the "dichotomy". It can be seen that in the past five years, the proportion of students participating in "dispatching" has been gradually decreasing, and the proportion of students participating in "dual" employment has been gradually increasing.

2.2 The proportion of students entering higher education institutions for postgraduate study has increased significantly, and the proportion of students going abroad has increased.

During 2009-20 13, the proportion of graduate students majoring in business administration increased from 16.36% in 2009 to 25.28% in 20 13, and the proportion of overseas students increased from 3.63% in 2009 to 5.50 in 20 13. It can be seen that in the past five years, the number and proportion of graduate students are increasing, and the number and proportion of going abroad are also increasing.

2.3 The types of employment units are mainly enterprises, and the proportion of public institutions has dropped significantly.

During the five-year period from 20th to 3rd, 2009, the number of people who entered enterprises accounted for 59.06%, those who entered institutions accounted for 10.76%, the number of graduate students accounted for 210.26%, and the cumulative sum of graduate students and those who entered enterprises accounted for 80% of the total number of people in that year. From the statistical data of the last five years, it can be seen that studying for graduate students and working in enterprises are the main ways out for the employment of business administration majors in our school.

2.4 Employment is mainly related to medicine, but the proportion is gradually decreasing. During the five years from 20/2009 to 0/3/2009, the major of business administration graduates in our university was medical (accounting for 53.3% of the total number), but the proportion decreased from 60% in 2009 to 50.5% in 2065 438+03. It can be seen that the business administration professionals trained by our school can engage in both pharmaceutical-related industries and other industries, and the proportion of other industries is gradually increasing.

2.5 The number of students who returned to their places of origin or other municipalities directly under the Central Government increased significantly, while the proportion of students who stayed in Beijing decreased. During the five years from 20/2009 to 0/3, the proportion of graduates majoring in business administration in our university who returned to work in this province or other municipalities directly under the central government increased sharply, from 12.72% in 2009 to 510.65 in 20/3. It can be seen from the five-year trend that students gradually choose provinces or other municipalities directly under the central government with relatively less employment pressure instead of staying in Beijing.

3 Discussion and analysis

3. 1 Students' employment concept is changing.

From the statistical results, it can be seen that more than 20% students in this major choose to go to graduate school or go abroad for further study in order to improve their comprehensive ability and professional quality; In the choice of employment location, it has changed from Beijing to the province or other provincial capital cities. This change highlights the broadening of students' employment ideas. Students no longer choose Beijing as their first choice, but choose this province or other provincial capital cities with relatively less employment pressure. In the choice of employment units, enterprises are the main types of employment units, which shows that graduates of this major no longer blindly pursue public institutions, which is in line with today's employment trend.

3.2 The cultivation of students' comprehensive ability should be synchronized with professional learning. The statistical results show that the employment of students in this major is still dominated by medical-related majors, but the proportion is gradually decreasing, indicating that the diversified orientation of students in the employment process is gradually taking shape. However, in the study life of universities, students often pay more attention to the study of specialized courses. As we all know, in the future career of college students, the requirements for comprehensive ability are getting higher and higher. Employers pay more attention to students' comprehensive abilities such as English level, computer skills, language expression ability and social communication ability, and also pay attention to students' internship experience, experience of being a student cadre and participating in social practice during college. This puts forward higher requirements for students' comprehensive ability, requiring students to pay attention to the improvement of their comprehensive ability while learning professional knowledge to meet the needs of social development.

3.3 Students' career planning should start from the lower grades and establish the whole process of career planning education concept.

Career planning is a continuous and systematic planning process for career and even life. It is a combination of personal development and organizational development. Based on the analysis of personal and internal and external environmental factors, determine a person's career development goal and choose a career or post to achieve this career goal. Work out the corresponding action plan for work, education and training, and reasonably arrange the time, projects and measures for each step. In their career planning, students often complain that they started too late. Students mainly study basic courses in the first and second grades, and only study professional courses in the third and fourth grades, which makes most students know the basic situation of their majors very late, wasting most of the good time in the first and second grades, and often regret it when they graduate. It is suggested that the course of introducing the basic situation of this major should be set up from the beginning of freshmen's entrance education, so that students can know their professional situation and make career planning as early as possible. At the same time, in the setting of student curriculum system, it is suggested that junior students set up college students' career planning courses, and senior students set up college students' employment guidance and other related courses to establish the whole process of career planning education concept.

3.4 Personnel training should highlight the characteristics of Chinese medicine industry.

Industry characteristics refer to some colleges or majors that were originally affiliated to a certain department or industry in the State Council and headed by the Ministry of Education after the reform of higher education management system, but still have distinctive industry characteristics and outstanding dominant disciplines. Chinese medicine colleges offer business administration majors, and their "target" customers are usually employers related to the pharmaceutical industry. Therefore, in personnel training, we must base ourselves on the characteristics of Chinese medicine industry and cultivate highly compound talents who know both medical knowledge and management knowledge. Make the business administration major in Chinese medicine colleges stronger, more practical and bigger, so that more students can benefit from the undergraduate study process, thus laying a solid foundation for future work or further study.

3.5 professional direction adjustment should keep pace with the times.

According to Chen Ying's research, the transformation of economic development mode from outside to inside requires colleges and universities to adjust their professional structure. The upgrading of industrial structure promotes the scale development of higher education and the adjustment of professional structure, and the adjustment of professional structure should focus on the long-term trend. According to Yue Changjun's research, professional teaching in colleges and universities should avoid "invariability", pay attention to market demand in teaching content, teaching methods and means, and strive to improve the fit between students' majors and the market. On the basis of the characteristics of the industry, the major of business administration in colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine should strive to adjust its major direction and cultivate more compound talents that meet the needs of society. At the same time, the education authorities should also set up autonomy for some majors in colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine, so that schools can adjust their professional direction in time according to comprehensive information such as economic development, industry and market demand, and student employment, and formulate enrollment scale and teaching content that meet the needs of employers.

To sum up, the employment situation of graduates majoring in business administration in colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine has the characteristics of multidirectional, complex and changeable. This also poses a higher challenge to educators, requiring us to highlight the characteristics of Chinese medicine industry, constantly adjust the professional direction, pay more attention to the improvement of students' comprehensive quality, cultivate career planning from the lower grades, and establish the whole process of career planning education concept.
