At the beginning of May, Beichen District Education Society released the "Program of the Second Young Teachers Academic Forum". In order to welcome this academic forum, all schools in the whole region acted quickly, organized young teachers in our school to carefully write the forum manuscript, and made an in-school selection.
On the afternoon of May 28th, at the invitation of President Kan, I came to Yixingbu No.1 Primary School in Beichen District to participate in the "Exhibition of Young Teachers Forum in the Third School District of Beichen District Primary School". I listened to the thesis statements of some young teachers in the school district. The theme of this academic forum for young teachers is: how to provide education suitable for the development of every student (child)-my thinking and practice. Around this theme, teachers published their own papers. After the presentation session, I commented on this activity, and put forward suggestions for the revision of teachers' manuscripts.
Looking back at the whole process of the exhibition, teachers can elaborate their views and practices around their own work practice. However, many articles are not closely related to the theme of the forum, and the practice is not clear enough.
Among the teachers participating in the exhibition, a male teacher from Beichen District General Education School described how he created "jingles" to assist English teaching in the lower grades of primary schools and improve the teaching effect. Inspired by him, I think I can also talk about my experience in writing forum articles in a "jingle" way.
The writing of teacher forum manuscripts is similar to other forms of academic achievement writing. However, it emphasizes that the viewpoint and practice of this article should be closely related to the theme of the forum. When writing articles, teachers should base themselves on their own educational and teaching practice and summarize successful experiences around the theme of the forum.
In order to clarify my point of view, I specially created the following "jingles":

Make an outline before writing, and the basic framework should be firmly established.

First, the theme analysis should be in-depth, closely focused and not off topic.
The purpose of holding teachers' academic forum is to collect teachers' successful experiences in education and teaching practice around certain themes, so as to better communicate and learn from each other. Therefore, before writing, teachers must deeply analyze the theme of the forum, so as to elaborate their views and practices closely around the theme of the forum.
Taking this forum as an example, the theme of the forum is: how to provide education suitable for the development of every student (child)-my thinking and practice.
How to understand this theme? I think we should first understand the background of this topic. This theme was formally put forward in the Outline of National Medium and Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan (20 10-2020). The first chapter "Guiding Ideology and Working Policy" of the Planning Outline stipulates: care for every student, promote every student's active and lively development, respect the law of education and the law of students' physical and mental development, and provide every student with a suitable education. It can be seen that this is the policy that we must follow in education and teaching.
How to specifically understand this theme? I think we can catch three key words.
Keyword 1: Suitable for the development of every student (child). The thought it follows is people-oriented thought; Follow the principle of teaching students in accordance with their aptitude; The premise of implementation is to care for every student, promote every student's active and lively development, and respect the law of education and the law of students' physical and mental development.
Keyword 2: Thinking and practice. Practice determines what a teacher wants to write, which must have been done or still being done. Thinking determines teachers' own practice, which needs theoretical support and practical consideration. Think beforehand and reflect afterwards.
Keyword 3: Providing determines that teachers are service providers and instructors, and what teachers can provide should include: materials, situations, methods and so on.
Second, summarize the past successful experience and refer to relevant literature.
With the analysis and understanding of the theme of the forum, we can enter the second link. This link requires us to review our education and teaching practice around the theme, and strive to show the mature and successful experience in our education and teaching practice in the form of words. When we decide what to write, don't rush to write, we must look for relevant documents around what we want to write. Its purpose is, on the one hand, to further clarify its own point of view by reading relevant literature, and on the other hand, to improve its own practice by reading relevant literature and learning from the experience of others.
Third, make an outline before writing, and the basic framework should be established firmly.
Everyone is familiar with the outline. Its purpose is to design and arrange the basic framework and overall layout of the paper. The outline is actually a blueprint for writing and designing a paper.
The outline can be written in detail or concisely. A concise outline only lists the main points of each part, level and paragraph. The main points are marked in the form of topic sentences.
The detailed outline lists more specific contents under the main points. How to say the key words in some places, how to use examples, how to analyze them, and what problems should be paid attention to in the discussion are all considered in the conception and should be reflected in the outline. A detailed outline is of great benefit to beginners.

Fourth, according to the outline, it should be done.
After the outline of the paper is drawn up, the rest is to fill in the content according to the outline. Education and teaching thesis is different from work summary, it is the rational thinking and sublimation of teachers' education and teaching practice. Therefore, teachers should describe and discuss when writing educational and teaching papers. How? I think we can catch the following key words.
Keyword one, what is it. It is a description of the problems and main contents to be expressed in the paper, which is generally expressed by concepts and their definitions.
Keyword two, why. It expresses the value of the issues and contents discussed. Including: background, purpose, significance, theoretical basis and so on.
Keyword three, how to do it (specific practice). It is a programmed expression of practical experience in education and teaching. Including methods, strategies and operation modes.
Keyword four, how effective it is. It is a description of the problems raised in the paper and the effects achieved by the programmed operation of its research content. In order to effectively prove the effectiveness of practical experience, it is often expressed by data or cases.
Keyword five, thinking and promotion. No successful experience can be perfect. In the last part of the paper, we should also make a rational examination of our practical experience, find out the shortcomings and improve our thinking.
Five, the article writing logistics modification, repeated reading is the trick.
Good articles are changed. When revising, we should carefully choose words and scrutinize them repeatedly; Read aloud, taste the words and ask others to help you revise them. According to my experience, when revising an article, you should not only read it silently, but also read it repeatedly. The advantage of this is that we can express the text information collected by our eyes in a foreign language, and at the same time absorb the foreign language through the auditory system, thus further strengthening the stimulation of the text information and finding the problems in the article more easily.
After these five links, the quality of our articles is basically guaranteed. Of course, writing skills have never been the most important factor in writing a good education and teaching paper. To complete a high-quality forum manuscript, you need to be good at learning, be brave in trying, be good at reflection and be diligent in accumulation in education and teaching practice.
