According to the spirit of Ministry of Education [20 1 1] No.3 "Notice on Doing a Good Job in National Postgraduate Enrollment in 20 1 1 year" and the work requirements of Shandong Education Admissions Examination Institute, combined with the actual situation of our college, we made a survey on our college for 201year.
First of all, about the second interview.
(A) to participate in the re-examination of the basic score requirements
20 1 1 Basic performance requirements for the re-examination of candidates in the national postgraduate entrance examination: the total score of the initial examination is not less than 320, the score of politics and foreign languages is not less than 35, and the score of business courses is not less than 53. As an art theory subject, candidates are required to have a total score of over 350 (including 350) and a foreign language score of over 45 (including 45) for radio and television arts.
(2) Determine the number of re-examination places.
According to the national standard of fractional line, there are 205 online students in our college (including science degree art 16, musicology 40, fine arts 50, design art 44, drama and drama 1 1, movies 8, radio and television art 22 and dance 9). Professional degree music 0, art 2, art design 3). The higher authorities approved the enrollment scale of graduate students in our college for 20 1 1 year to be 145 students (including scientific degree program 105 students and professional degree program 40 students), and 37 students (including academic degree program1/kloc-0 students) have been admitted. Our college also has an enrollment plan.
The enrollment plan of our college 108 is as follows: 6 academic students and 4 professional degrees are reserved to support key disciplines and specialty; In order to optimize the student source structure for the discipline construction of the school, some academic majors without online students can accept transfer students from outside the school (it is planned to be 5), and 25 professional degrees (including 8 in music, 8 in art and 9 in art design) can be selected by skilled online students inside and outside the school; Considering the number of online students, disciplines, professional directions and the number of online students in secondary colleges, the remaining 68 disciplines and majors are planned to be allocated as follows: art 5, musicology 13, art 17, design art 15, drama and drama 4, radio and television art 8, film 3 and dance. The Graduate Office is responsible for examining the qualifications of candidates and conducting political examination by correspondence. And the re-examination list will be publicized online.

Candidates with the same academic ability and cross-disciplinary re-examination must try the main undergraduate courses during the re-examination The additional test subjects shall not be the same as the initial test subjects, and the degree of difficulty shall be mastered according to the requirements of the undergraduate syllabus. Among them, there are not less than two written test subjects, each test time is not less than 3 hours, and the full score of the test paper is 100.
(four) about the candidates to participate in the second interview. The graduate enrollment of our college is 20 1 1, and some outstanding candidates who are unwilling to apply for our college take part in the re-examination. The adjustment of candidates must meet the following conditions: (1). Applicants for the adjustment of candidates should generally be units with doctoral degree authorization points. (2) All majors do not accept the adjustment of college graduates and candidates with equivalent academic qualifications. (3) Candidates' adjustment scores must meet the basic requirements of the national line of the original application major and the proposed adjustment major and the re-examination in our hospital.

The adjustment information system was closed at 0: 00 on April 6th. graduate department proposed to adjust the list of candidates, and negotiated with the secondary college to determine the list of candidates for re-examination and issued a re-examination notice.
Second, about admission.
(1)20 1 1, 145 people enrolled in our graduate enrollment plan. Postgraduate enrollment should conscientiously implement the Scientific Outlook on Development and strive to improve the quality of graduate freshmen; Continue to adhere to the principles of enrollment on demand, comprehensive evaluation of morality, intelligence and physique, merit-based admission, and quality and quantity.
(two) according to the professional total score ranking merit.
The calculation formula of professional total score is:
1, academic type: total professional score = initial test score [total score ×50%]+ retest score [(retest professional score ×60%+ interview score ×40%)×50%]
2. Professional degree: total professional score = initial test score [(initial test business 1+ initial test business 2)×50%]+ retest score [(retest professional score ×60%+ interview score ×40%)×50%]
Professional retest scores are calculated according to the ratio of 150, individual subjects are scored according to the ratio of 100, and the scores are converted into150. The interview results are calculated according to the percentage system, and more than 60 points are qualified; A foreign language retest score of not less than the national English score (35 points) is qualified. Candidates who have passed the re-examination and passed the political examination shall be admitted according to their total professional scores, which shall be determined by the Graduate Admissions Committee of the College.
Three, the content and requirements of postgraduate re-examination.
Re-examination includes ideological and political examination, professional examination, foreign language review (including written examination, listening and speaking) and physical examination. Through the re-examination, the comprehensive quality and innovation ability of candidates are comprehensively investigated to ensure the admission quality.
(1) The ideological and political review mainly examines the appraisal materials of candidates' ideological and political status. After the proposed admission list is confirmed, the candidates' files will be examined by letter. The evaluation team is proposed by graduate department and submitted to the director of the Graduate Admissions Committee for approval.
(2) The contents of the professional examination mainly include: the depth and breadth of the candidates' mastery of professional basic theory and knowledge, as well as their ability and practical skills to analyze and solve problems by using what they have learned. Referring to the academic achievements, scientific research activities and work performance of candidates during their stay in colleges and universities, this paper focuses on the comprehensive quality and innovation ability of candidates. The professional examinations are arranged by the enrollment groups of each college, and the list of retest groups is reported to the director of the Graduate Admissions Committee of the college for approval.
The professional examination adopts a combination of interview and written examination. The interview time is generally half an hour, and the written test time is not less than three hours.
(3) Foreign language re-examination (written test) and foreign language listening and speaking test are arranged by the graduate office.
(4) The College Health Department is responsible for the physical examination of all candidates who take part in the second interview.
(5) Postgraduate re-examination will be reported on April 9th, and will be conducted from April 10 to April 12.
Fourth, organize the implementation.
(1) The Graduate Admissions Committee of the College leads the re-examination and admission of graduate students in a unified way, and decides to set up an organization related to the re-examination to review the list of candidates for re-examination and the list of candidates to be admitted.
(two) the establishment of a special group to review student files and related materials.
(3) The re-examination, interview and re-examination of each subject (including proposition, paper preparation, examination room arrangement and skill grading) shall be the responsibility of the enrollment groups of each college; Graduate department is responsible for the professional written test and re-examination marking; The results of exams and interviews are counted by the graduate office.
(4) graduate department is responsible for organizing foreign language re-examination (written examination) and foreign language listening and speaking test (including proposition, paper preparation, examination and examination room arrangement and marking), and coordinating the re-examination admission.
(five) the supervision team should seriously and strictly supervise the re-examination and admission work.
(6) The Graduate Office will inform the candidates of the re-examination results in time, do everything possible to help the candidates who have not been admitted to seek a transfer unit, and deal with the remaining problems with the college.
Fifth, strengthen leadership discipline.
It is necessary to conscientiously implement the provisions of the Ministry of Education and Shandong Education Admissions Examination Institute on postgraduate admission, formulate fair and standardized re-examination and admission rules, operate in strict accordance with the admission procedures, and shall not be changed at will. Those who participate in the re-examination admission work should conscientiously perform their duties, be fair and just. We must strictly abide by the discipline of postgraduate enrollment and resolutely resist unhealthy practices such as favoritism and malpractice. Individuals who violate the enrollment discipline will be criticized, educated and disciplined according to the seriousness of the case until they are investigated for legal responsibility, so as to maintain the seriousness of the enrollment discipline and ensure the quality of graduate enrollment.
