This is an oil field that has made special contributions to the construction of * * * and China. It is an oil field that has been mined for half a century and is still full of vitality. It is an oil field located in the Gobi desert, but it can consciously protect the environment. It is an oil field located in the northwest but can lead the national digitalization.
She is the Karamay Oilfield developed by Xinjiang Petroleum Bureau in those years and now by Xinjiang Oilfield Company.
Gong Xun Oilfield
* * * The eldest son of China petroleum industry has made three great achievements.
1 October 29th,1955 10, the Karamay1blowout at the foot of Heiyou Mountain in the northwest margin of Junggar Basin produced strong oil flow. Since then, the first big oil field in New China was born, and the "China's theory of poor oil" put forward by western scholars plausibly went bankrupt.
19 13 to 19 15. Mobil Oil Company signed an agreement with Beiyang Government to send geologists klapp and Fuller to Hebei, Shanxi, Shaanxi, Gansu, Henan, Shandong, Northeast China and Inner Mongolia for petroleum geological survey. Trip120.
From 19 14 to 19 19, Mobil Company spent $2.7 million to drill seven exploratory wells in different geological structures in northern Shaanxi, but no industrial oil and gas flow was obtained.
Therefore, Fuller published several papers. He wrote in the article "Northeast Oil Prospect": "Most parts of Northeast China ... have no possibility of oil." In another article, he believes that China "cannot carry out large-scale oil development ... and cannot produce as much oil as the United States."
Hilroy, a professor of geology at Stanford University in the United States, said in the book Far East Mining and Industry 1927: "At best, China's oil reserves are only 1% of that of the United States."
Rogers, the manager of Texaco Oil Company in the United States, asserted in the book "History of American Industrial Development" published by 1932: "Most parts of China and mountainous areas in Tibet ... cannot store valuable oil."
Since then, "China's theory of being poor in oil" has become a depressing curse.
Therefore, the birth of Karamay Oilfield not only provided a steady stream of industrial blood for the newly born China and its thirst for oil, but also broke the myth of "China's theory of being poor in oil" on the spiritual level, and cleared the conceptual obstacles for * * * and China to develop more and bigger oilfields in a wider field.
This is undoubtedly the first major achievement of Karamay Oilfield.
The new Karamay oilfield has been running since it landed. Only four years after discovery-to 1960, the annual output of crude oil in Karamay oilfield reached 16 16000 tons, accounting for 38.5% of the national crude oil output in that year, making it the largest crude oil production base in China at that time. Up to 20 10, Karamay Oilfield * * has produced nearly 300 million tons of crude oil and 53.4 billion cubic meters of natural gas. In 20 10, Karamay produced 0.89 million tons of crude oil and 3.8 billion cubic meters of natural gas.
Karamay has the largest naphthenic heavy oil reserves in China and produces the best naphthenic heavy oil products in China. At present, the output of "naphthenic heavy oil" in crude oil produced in Karamay exceeds 1/3. "naphthenic heavy oil" can be compared to rare earth in petroleum. From the aerospace industry of the motherland to the Tarim desert highway that has to bear a temperature difference of more than 70 degrees Celsius in winter and April, from the "Snow Dragon" to the food-grade white oil that is more than twice the highest international standard, it is indispensable.
For decades, it has worked hard in the vast wasteland with extremely harsh climatic conditions and dedicated huge amounts of oil and special oil to the motherland, which is the second largest achievement of Karamay Oilfield.
China discovered Daqing Oilfield in 1959, when Karamay people tried to increase production. From 65438 to 0960, Karamay Oilfield selected more than 6,000 backbones from only tens of thousands of oil workers, including Zhang Wenbin, the highest administrative leader of Karamay Oilfield and director of Xinjiang Petroleum Administration Bureau, to support Daqing Battle and take root in black land. In the following 30 or 40 years, during the exploration and development of Jianghan, Shengli, Huabei and Tarim oilfields, Karamay Oilfield contributed personnel, technology and all materials that needed to be dedicated without reservation.
It can be said that most of the oil fields on land in China have the lineage of Karamay oil field.
Therefore, Karamay Oilfield is not only the eldest son, but also the cradle of China petroleum industry. The reputation of "oil holy land" is not empty. This is the third great achievement of Karamay Oilfield.
Hundred years oilfield
Experts are full of confidence in the continued prosperity of Karamay.
As the first large oil field developed in New China, Karamay Oilfield is 56 years old this year. After 50 years of exploration and development, there are only a handful of oil fields in the world that can maintain youthful vitality. So, is Karamay Oilfield also aging?
During the 29 years from 198 1 to 20 10, the oil and gas output of Karamay Oilfield has been increasing year by year, except for the reduction of production due to the international financial crisis in 2009. In 2002, the annual output of crude oil in Karamay Oilfield exceeded100,000 tons, making it the first large oil field of 10 million tons in western China.
So, can this upward trend continue?
On the technical level, the decisive factor for the continuous increase of oil and gas production is oil and gas reserves. The total oil and gas resources in Junggar Basin, the main exploration field of Karamay Oilfield, is 654.38+007 million tons, including 8.68 billion tons of oil and 2.5 trillion cubic meters of natural gas. By the end of 2009, the accumulated proven petroleum geological reserves were 21.1.90 billion tons, natural gas reserves were 2 1.758 billion cubic meters, and the proven rates of oil and gas resources were only 24.4% and 8.7% respectively.
In 2005, Jia Chengzao, a petroleum geologist in China, a structural geologist, an academician of China Academy of Sciences and then the chief geologist of China Petroleum and Natural Gas Co., Ltd. said: "After many old oil fields in China have reached a certain high point, the output of Karamay Oilfield has been steadily increasing ... The future prospects are very broad ... PetroChina and its leaders and experts are full of confidence that Karamay Oilfield will take the lead in building a century-old oilfield!"
Green oilfield
Environmental protection gives priority to turning the Gurbantunggut Desert green.
On June 25, Xinjiang Bureau of Surveying and Mapping found that the undulating sand dunes were basically covered with vibrant Haloxylon ammodendron, red willow and green grass except for the hardening of the foundation occupied by pumping units. Now, in this 48,800-square-kilometer sandy sea, there are thousands of oil and gas wells spewing day and night in five oil fields including Xishi, Shinan, Luliang, Mobei and Mosuowan, which Karamay belongs to. Their annual output of oil and gas equivalent is nearly 5 million tons, accounting for nearly 35% of the total output of Karamay Oilfield.
By 20 10, the national forest coverage rate will reach 20.36%, the vegetation coverage rate of the second largest desert dune in China will reach 40% to 50%, and the semi-fixed dune will reach 15% to 25%.
Full of green in Gurbantunggut Desert is inseparable from Karamay Oilfield's putting environmental protection in the first place since the last century.
In the early 1990s, with the large-scale exploration and development in the hinterland of the desert, environmental protection was brought into the technical scheme of fully supervised oil and gas field development: all artificially moved sand dunes were treated with sand fixation after completion. During the development of Luliang Oilfield, an employee of a construction company was fined by Xinjiang Oilfield Company for driving about 500 meters in the desert without following the prescribed route and ordered to restore the surface vegetation.
In the past 20 years since the development of desert oilfield, Xinjiang Oilfield Company has realized 100% sand fixation treatment of sand dunes. This cost alone accounts for 5% of the total investment in oilfield development.
Since September 2007, Xinjiang Oilfield Company has carried out the activity of "Creating Green Oil and Gas Fields" with the goal of "restoring the landform of oil and gas fields to the natural state, maintaining the ecological environment, unifying and standardizing oil and gas field facilities, and creating a green and comfortable working environment for employees". At present, this activity has established a long-term mechanism, and the oilfield has realized the harmonious development of production and environmental protection.
In 2007, Xishi Oilfield, located in the hinterland of the desert, won the honor of "National Environmental Friendly Enterprise", and Luliang Oilfield recently passed the evaluation of "National Environmental Friendly Enterprise".
Digital oil field
It is at the leading level in China and even in the world.
Karamay oilfield is a veritable frontier oilfield. In some people's minds, remoteness means backwardness. Is that really the case?
1993, the decision-making layer of Karamay oilfield decided to carry out "information construction" in the whole oilfield. In China petroleum and petrochemical industry, he became the first "crab eater". After two years of exploration, from 65438 to 0995, Karamay officially embarked on the journey of building a digital oil field.
1999165438+10, the first edition of "Karamay digital oilfield information platform" was officially released in Beijing. In May of the following year, the platform was popularized in other oilfields of PetroChina. In 2008, this platform was continuously improved and upgraded to version 6.0. More than 80 systems on the platform * * * have developed more than 16000 functions, realizing the integration of all systems.
Today, Karamay people say that there are two Karamay oil fields, one on the Gobi Desert of 380,000 square kilometers in Junggar Basin and the other on the virtual computer network. In other words, through digitalization, Karamay Oilfield has been loaded into the computer. This is at the leading level in all oil fields in China and even in the world. Now as long as you sit in front of a computer equipped with related systems and click the mouse, you can have a panoramic view of any oil well in the whole oilfield.
A recent fact illustrates the power of digital oil fields.
Fengcheng oilfield has been explored for 28 years. In the first 24 years, the mode of "layered exploration" has been adopted, that is, researchers tackle promising "points" in this field in the form of groups. Relying on this way of "ants gnawing at bones", the proven crude oil reserves have exceeded 60 million tons in the past 24 years.
This is because of the limitation of information technology, and the research is in a fragmented state.
In 2007, the digital oil field was basically completed, and the scientific researchers in Karamay began to work in a virtual space called "exploration collaborative working environment". They have the conditions for "overall exploration" of Fengcheng Oilfield-taking the whole region as the basic unit of research. Thus, in just four years, the largest comprehensive heavy oil field in China with 420 million tons of naphthenic heavy oil resources surfaced.
Digital oilfield is not the end, but the beginning. On June 5438+1October15th, the construction of "Intelligent Oilfield" began to be fully implemented.
"Intelligent oilfield is an oilfield that can be fully perceived, an oilfield that can be automatically controlled, an oilfield that can predict trends, and an oilfield that can optimize decision-making." Karamay people defined the world's first intelligent oil field. According to the project implementation plan, after 5 to 10 years, the initially built intelligent oilfield can automatically adjust its strategy and tactics according to the world oil and gas market situation and make production decisions. Karamay Oil Man will also be able to control any oil well, any pipeline and any valve in Junggar Basin on the network terminal.
Digital oilfield, which represents the advanced level of modern science and technology, has brought phoenix-like changes to Karamay Oilfield. With the upgrading of digital oilfield and the construction of intelligent oilfield, what kind of vitality will Karamay Oilfield glow?
