In my opinion, we must conscientiously do the following:
First, senior hotel leaders must attach great importance to and strongly support safety work. As the saying goes, "the train runs fast, all depends on the front belt", and hotel safety work is no exception. The key to safety work is leadership. The Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Safety in Production clearly stipulates that the main person in charge of the production and business operation unit shall be fully responsible for the safety in production of the unit. Only when the main person in charge of the hotel attaches importance to safety work, establishes and improves the safety management organization, equips and attaches importance to safety management personnel, and pays close attention to safety management, can the hotel do a good job in safety work, ensure the operating order and achieve good economic benefits. Otherwise, the hotel's safety work can't be carried out normally and it can't be operated safely. Safety accidents may occur one after another, and the safety of guests and employees cannot be guaranteed. Hotels will inevitably suffer heavy losses in economy and will also cause serious adverse effects in society.
Second, we must conscientiously implement the responsibility system for production safety. It is not enough for leaders to pay attention to the safety management of hotels. It is also necessary to decompose and implement the safety responsibilities layer by layer, clarify the division of labor, perform their duties and responsibilities, and form the unity of safety responsibilities in the hotel. Form a "vertical to the end, horizontal to the edge" safety management network. The responsibility system for safe production is the most basic safety system of the hotel, a part of the post responsibility system of the hotel and the core of the safety management system. Its essence is "everyone is responsible for safe production". Only with the concerted efforts of all employees, Qi Xin, can the safety work be carried out smoothly and achieve practical results.
Third, it is necessary to formulate practical safety production rules and regulations and operating procedures, and establish perfect emergency handling procedures and plans. Form a good atmosphere of "doing things according to the rules, obeying the rules and observing the discipline" and the concept of "endless safety management".
Fourth, we should carry out safety education and training to improve the quality and management level of employees. The purpose of safety education and training is to enhance employees' sense of responsibility, improve employees' safety awareness and ability to prevent and deal with accidents, which is an effective measure to ensure the safe operation of hotels. Through education and training, managers at all levels will be "refined" and ordinary employees will be "refined". Safety education and training should take different forms of education according to different periods or different educational objects. There are many ways, such as inviting leaders or professionals to give lectures; Organize safety activities, hold safety knowledge contests, simulate fire drills, etc. To enhance safety awareness and intuitive sense of operation. Sixth, we must ensure safety investment and do a good job in the maintenance and management of safety facilities. In daily safety management, we must first ensure safety investment and establish the concept of "spending money to ensure safety", such as the aging of facilities and equipment, the maintenance of fire-fighting equipment and fire-fighting linkage equipment. All need investment, and there can be no "liabilities" in this respect.
