He is currently a professor at the Academy of Fine Arts of Shanxi University, a visiting researcher at Hiroshima University, Japan, a master tutor, a member of the World Aesthetic Society, a member of the China Aesthetic Society of China, a member of the Japanese Aesthetic Society, and the president of the Japanese Wuziye Art Research Association. Research direction: comparative study of Chinese painting, rock painting and modern Chinese and Japanese culture (aesthetic art education).
