Open CAJViewer 7.02, select Tools-Parameter Settings from the menu above, and select colors in the pop-up tab. Please change the text color to black and the background color to white.

If not, please do the following:

Are you sure you have installed the reader of CAJ browser version 7.02?

If it can't be opened after installation, it is recommended to uninstall it first, and then download the full version from official website for installation.

If it still won't open, I suggest the landlord try it on someone else's computer to see if it can be opened.

If someone else's computer can be turned on, the landlord should consider reinstalling the operating system!
