JCR: It is an online journal citation report published by institute for scientific information (ISI). JCR is a comprehensive multi-disciplinary periodic analysis and evaluation report. It objectively counts the original data such as the number of papers, literature citations, and paper citations of journals included in Science Net, and then applies bibliometrics principles to calculate quantitative indicators reflecting the quality and influence of various journals, such as impact factors, immediate impact index, and cited half-life.

JCR*** is divided into 173 disciplines, and the same journal may be divided into different disciplines, namely: virology; Pathology; Material Science: Characterization and Testing: Material Science: Textile; Materials science: composite materials; Materials science: silicate; Materials science: membrane; Materials science: biomaterials; Materials science: paper and wood; Materials science: synthesis; Imaging science and photography technology; Primary health care; Epidemiology; Geochemistry and geophysics; Earth science synthesis; Geoelectrochemistry; Telecommunications; Zoology; Toxicology; Otolaryngology; Developmental biology; Analytical chemistry; Rheumatology; Obstetrics and gynecology; Polymer science; Engineering: ocean; Engineering: geology; Engineering: electronics and electricity; Engineering: industry; Engineering: ocean; Engineering: chemical engineering; Engineering: environment; Engineering: machinery; Engineering: biomedicine; Engineering: petroleum; Engineering: civil engineering; Engineering: aerospace; Engineering: manufacturing; Engineering: synthesis; Public health, environmental health and occupational health; Paleontology; Spectroscopy; Optics; Allergy; Oceanography; Marine and freshwater biology; Behavioral science; Nuclear science and technology; Nuclear medicine; Respiratory system; Limnology; Nursing; Chemical synthesis; Environmental science; Robotics; Emergency medicine; Computer: cybernetics; Computer: interdisciplinary application; Computer: theoretical method; Computer: artificial intelligence; Computer: software engineering; Computer: information system; Computer: hardware; Parasitology; Structure and building technology; Anatomy and morphology; Evolutionary biology; Crystallography; Psychiatry; Rehabilitation medicine; History and philosophy of science; Mineralogy; Mining and mineral processing; Entomology; Geriatrics; Mechanics; Forestry; Clinical neurology; Anesthesiology; Urology and kidney disease; Immunology; Nanotechnology; Dairy products and animal science; Andrology; Endocrinology and metabolism; Energy and fuel; Ornithology; Agricultural engineering; Agricultural economy and policy; Agricultural synthesis; Agronomy; Dermatology; Meteorology and atmospheric science; General practice and complementary medicine; Tropical medicine; Thermodynamics; Neuroimaging; Neuroscience; Biochemical research methods; Biochemistry and molecular biology; Physiology; Ecology; Biodiversity conservation; Bioengineering and applied microorganisms; Biophysics; Biology; Reproductive biology; Acoustics; Food science and technology; Veterinary medicine; Mathematics; Interdisciplinary application of mathematics; Mathematics and computational biology; Water resources; Astronomy and astrophysics; Statistics and probability theory
