Outstanding performance: depression, laziness. In junior high school, there is widespread criticism and less praise, lack of noble and healthy concepts and aesthetic taste, strange dress, and the spread of smoking; Self-centered, unsure of family and collective, lacking sense of responsibility? Full? ; Unhealthy, with heavy inner pessimism and psychological defects of self-abandonment.

2. Discipline and health. Tired of learning, lazy and poor in discipline. As the victims of exam-oriented education, most students are tired of learning because they failed in the senior high school entrance examination. Like freedom and informality, downplay the concept of time, and pursue low-level discipline and health awareness. Being late for school, talking in class, eating snacks and hating being on duty.

3. Self-abasement is very strong, and the phenomenon of broken cans and falls often happens to them. I have a serious rebellious attitude and hate the teacher's criticism and education. Blind obedience is serious. When you see others talking in class, you will feel cheated if you don't talk. If you don't smoke, you will feel ashamed. Not falling in love will be looked down upon.

4. Living in luxury. Most of the students who come to our school have ordinary family conditions, but students spend hundreds to thousands a month, and some students spend money recklessly. Mobile phones are usually several thousand yuan, and the monthly phone bill is several hundred yuan. Many students' families are low-income families in cities, but the performance of watching children's lives is really far from reality.

There are many aspects, so I won't list them one by one. People on earth are good at living. Family education, the failed learning experience in junior high school and the infection of bad social factors have created these problem students. What should we do in the face of such students? How to educate? How to make them successful? Wait a series of questions. Students are a group of children who study and live. There are many reasons why they didn't form good living habits in their previous schools. The teachers' energy is concentrated on their studies. As long as they study hard, everything will be fine. Students have poor self-care ability and can't communicate with others. The highest goal of education is to cultivate citizens' spiritual habits. In the face of these traumatized students, we can imagine how much challenge we have to face, but it is my belief not to give up and not to abandon every student. Go into students' hearts, infect and warm their hearts, learn to be a man and learn to do things. That's all that matters. We often say that it is better to teach people to fish than to teach them to fish. Americans change our sentence into: Give me a fish and I will finish it today; Teach me to fish, which will benefit me for life. This sentence has become the essence of American education. Americans understand our education. And should we reflect?

Second, some management countermeasures to educate students

Secondary vocational school students are a special group, and many students have different degrees of unhealthy psychological factors. If they are not guided in time, it will not only seriously affect their own academic and physical and mental health development, but also have a serious negative impact on the school and society. Therefore, it is more important to do well the education and management of students in secondary vocational schools.

3. Gradually establish a social education network in which schools and families cooperate with each other, and pay close attention to the healthy growth of students. Family has an important influence on the cultivation of students' behavior habits, the formation of moral character and the development of personality. Through close home visits and family education, parents can understand and cooperate with school education in time, improve the methods of family education, and realize mutual understanding, cooperation and promotion between home and school.

Teachers must take students' personality differences seriously and pay full attention to their interests, hobbies and specialties. Years of educational practice tell us that as educators in schools, we must create unlimited space for students' personality development.

The school organizes legal education every semester, invites judges of the District People's Court and police officers of the police station under its jurisdiction to conduct legal education in the school, and regularly holds special lectures on legal education of juvenile delinquency, combining school legal education with students' daily behavior norms to prevent problems before they happen, so that students can learn, understand and abide by the law. I usually educate students to adhere to people-oriented management and combine strict requirements with enthusiastic care for students.

Vigorously promote quality education and organize colorful campus activities to promote students' all-round development, improve students' various skills, cultivate students' various interests, cultivate students' innovative ability and innovative thinking, and comprehensively promote quality education.

Secondly, various competitions are held in the class, such as a little singer competition, a tour guide word reading competition, a target language song competition, a typing competition, sports and so on. Guide students to carry out activities beneficial to physical and mental health, cultivate students' awareness of participating in competitions, assist their spirit, and develop good psychological qualities of self-esteem, self-improvement and self-confidence.
