First, the basic requirements of graduation thesis (design)

3, typesetting in strict accordance with the requirements;

Second, the structure of the paper.

1. cover: the cover has formatted text.

2. Abstract:

Chinese and English abstracts are placed on the same page, with English at the top and Chinese at the bottom.

There is no need to write a thesis title on the abstract.

The Chinese abstract is Song Ti, and the English abstract is Times New Roman, both in small four fonts.

"Summary" or "Summary" upper left corner box, bold. Write a summary later;

Print keywords or keywords in a blank line under the abstract, followed by 3-4 keywords.

Key words. Every two keywords are separated by a separator.

Page numbers of abstracts and tables of contents shall be in lowercase Roman numerals, such as I,

3. Contents

The content is divided into several pages; As long as the English directory;

The title in the content is only displayed to the third level at most.

Problems easy to appear in references

1) The literature is too old, and it needs data of nearly five years.

2) The source is unknown, especially the abuse of network resources.

3) The author, characters and sources are not in the right order.

4) The use of punctuation marks is not standardized

5) Chinese materials should be translated into English.

6) English materials should be translated into Chinese.

Third, other format requirements

1. Word requirements: not less than 3000 words (3000-5000 words is appropriate).

2. Font requirements: Chinese is Song Ti and English is Times New Roman.

3. Line spacing requirements: full text 1.25 times line spacing.

4. Typesetting requirements: the top and bottom margins are 2.5cm, the left margin is 3cm (including paper binding lines), and the right margin is 2.5cm..

5. Printing requirements: A4 copy paper should be used for output.

6. Requirements for topic selection: It must be a topic related to business English.
