1, the road to death: I believe that unscrupulous intermediaries can apply for academic certification even if they have not graduated.

As early as June 5438+10 this year, the retention center of the Ministry of Education began to strictly check the materials submitted by the applicants. Once the materials are found to be fraudulent, they will be blacklisted unconditionally by the Ministry of Education. For example, students who applied before June 5438+ 10 will also have their certificates revoked, and at the same time, they will be listed as "untrustworthy" in the official website Retention Center for publicity. It can be seen that it is not feasible for undergraduates to certify their degrees in this way.

2. Method of sending points: apply for the certificate of returnees who show their degrees, and apply for a master's degree to obtain a real academic degree.

International students should know that they need to apply for a returnee certificate when they return to China. Students are required to show their returnee certificate and academic credentials in the examinations of state-owned enterprises, central enterprises, civil servants and institutions. However, students who have not successfully graduated from undergraduate courses have no way to apply for a certificate of returnees with a degree on their own, let alone go to state-owned enterprises, central enterprises and institutions with nothing to compete for employment. This is completely impossible. Even a job with parents is not convincing.
