At present, directly participating in enterprise investment as an investor is a main business of China Trust and Investment Company, which is different from entrusted investment business in two aspects; First, the source of funds for trust investment is the trust investment company's own funds and stable long-term trust funds, while the source of funds for entrusted investment is the investment deposit provided by the corresponding client; Second, in the process of trust and investment, trust and investment companies directly participate in the distribution of operating results of investment enterprises and bear corresponding risks, while for entrusted investment, trust companies do not participate in the distribution of income of investment enterprises, only charge fees and do not bear the economic responsibility of investment income. According to the main body of trust investment, it can be divided into four categories: national trust investment, local trust investment, enterprise and unit trust investment and individual trust investment.
Financial leasing, also known as equipment leasing or modern leasing, means that the lessor buys the leased property from the supplier and rents it to the lessee according to the specific requirements of the lessee and the choice of the supplier. The lessee pays the rent to the lessor by installments. During the lease period, the ownership of the leased property belongs to the lessor, and the lessee has the right to use the leased property.
