Solution: Press Ctrl+H to open the Find and Replace dialog box. Position the mouse cursor in the Find What text box, click the Special Format button, and select the Manual Page Break command from the pop-up menu.

There are blank pages that cannot be deleted. There should be some symbols added, such as page breaks. These symbols are not visible in page view, so they cannot be deleted.
