In this system, UP Hub (super hub) and UP HPVC (super computing platform) build a leisurely CCCA: Communication, Computing and Control Architecture (CCCA), both of which are pluggable and can meet the needs of different vehicles.
Among them, UP Hub is equipped with rich communication interface resources, covering all the mainstream interfaces in the car, supporting the PCIe high-bandwidth bus standard, creating a data ring expressway in the car, and supporting high-speed data transmission of up to eight 8 megapixel cameras at the same time. UP HPVC is the industry's first open automotive supercomputing platform with flexible computing capability, and its current partners include Horizon, NVIDIA and Renesas.
Compared with the current EEA architecture, CCCA pays more attention to the transmission and calculation of mass data and the motion control of the whole vehicle, which will provide the world's leading real-time transmission of mass data, high-speed calculation and agile vehicle motion control capabilities for vehicle intelligence.
In addition, UP VMC, which was developed by the excellent running team, realized the integrated control of chassis movement for the first time in the industry. Brake-by-wire, steering-by-wire and suspension-by-wire can be configured, developed and calculated in a unified way, which improves the development efficiency and greatly saves the development cost, and also makes it possible for 12 months to build an advanced intelligent electric vehicle from scratch.
Based on the powerful data transmission capability of the UP super chassis, when the road surface, body posture and driving intention are captured by various sensors, their information can be instantly transmitted to the UP Hub, and then transmitted to the UP HPVC through the PCIe large-bandwidth ring network cable. The driving path is planned by the intelligent driving algorithm, and the UP VMC controls according to the coordinate points, and then the commands required by each actuator terminal, such as torque, longitudinal speed, angular speed, execution time and execution feedback, are generated and finally reflected. At the same time, the full redundancy of the whole line control can also ensure that the turning direction is in place and the brakes stop.
UP VMC also realizes the equal control of cars, for example, the main engine factory can realize cross-vehicle adjustment; The client can realize cross-scene adaptation, and the whole vehicle can realize cross-period OTA iteration. The technical advantage of the chassis adjustment of the car factory will be weakened, and the vehicles built based on the fully controlled UP super chassis can freely define their own driving styles. Only by changing the software can the vehicle show completely different driving characteristics, truly realize the software definition of the vehicle, and make the chassis become a soft and hard integrated motion control system. Li Peng demonstrated the "one-button drift mode" on the spot: by adjusting the parameters of the dynamic model, the vehicle drift can be easily realized. This is the research and development goal of Yourun: to make users more "capable" and customers more "economical".

At the press conference, Li Peng announced that Super VAN, the first vehicle product running on the UP super chassis, will be delivered at the end of the year. At present, the winter standard test has been completed and domestic and foreign orders have been obtained. Youpao super van has the safety and intelligence of passenger car level, with 15% more load capacity and loading space than the same level, but its own weight is greatly reduced.
At the same time, Ubuntu will join hands with170,000 off-road enthusiasts to create a series of "off-road scene" models and exclusive experiences based on the full-line control of Ubuntu UP super chassis.
Li Peng thinks that the skateboard chassis originated in the United States will be commercialized in China first, and proves to the industry that it is coming out of the "China model of skateboard chassis". The vigorous development of intelligent electric vehicles in China not only breeds the most complete and dynamic local automobile industry chain, but also constantly stimulates users' demand for more personalized scenes.
