You can draw it with xy scatter chart or line chart in excel first. If there are x 1, x2, x3 ..., you can draw several broken lines by adding different series when selecting data, and each broken line will be automatically represented by different patterns.

After drawing, right-click the point where the standard deviation needs to be added and select "Data Series Format". Open the dialog box and select the "Error Line Y" tab, and you can select the error line yourself. You can draw error bars by selecting cells in the data table or by entering values yourself.
