In recent years, the demand for coal in China's resource market has gradually increased, which has increased the depth of coal management and ensured the stability of the actual development of coal enterprises. However, due to the harsh working environment, the number of occupational diseases in coal operations has risen sharply, greatly reducing the economic benefits of coal enterprises. In order to effectively solve this problem, coal enterprises are required not only to protect the target workers before coal operation, but also to ensure the basic hygiene and cleanliness of the working environment, so as to create favorable conditions for solving the occupational diseases in coal.

This paper mainly selects a large coal enterprise as the object of investigation and analysis, and studies its influence on economic and social benefits through the analysis of its occupational disease prevention and control. The actual assets of the enterprise reached 654.38+05.6 billion yuan. It is one of the large coal production bases in Jiangnan. The company has more than 20 thousand employees. The number of retirees is about 1 10,000.

Generally speaking, the actual health management situation of this enterprise is not good, and many coal enterprises do not have relevant health testing departments. At the same time, the intensity of health work carried out by the medical management department of enterprises has not reached the basic health standards of the industry. Although the standardized production process is still used in the process of health operation, the attention to health problems is still relatively low. The coal construction workshop failed to monitor the occupational disease factors in coal in time. Set some warning signs in high-toxic posts and high-risk construction work environment.
2. Dust prevention measures and personal protection in the workplace
In the inspection of dust prevention measures on the job site, due to the influence of the geological environment of coal mining, most operations are carried out by pneumatic pick mining and drilling and blasting, so water injection and spray dust prevention measures are mainly chosen, but the implementation scope of this measure is not extensive, and workers are still working in a few high dust areas in the mine. In the inspection of workers' personal construction protection, although the filter dust mask was carried, the standard dust mask was not effective, and the dust mask was used too many times, which led to some workers' poor exhalation, and then the mask was abandoned.

By controlling the dust concentration in the workplace to decrease year by year, the qualified rate of monitoring points has increased year by year. However, due to the limitation of production technology, production mode and production equipment, the existing dust prevention measures are difficult to achieve satisfactory results. There are still 30% sampling monitoring points whose dust concentration exceeds the national occupational health standard limit, and some points exceed the standard by nearly 100 times. Exposure to such a harsh working environment, relying only on personal protective equipment, and even due to the lag of occupational health training and occupational health education and publicity, some workers simply do not understand the seriousness of dust hazards, are afraid of trouble, get in the way, and do not take any protection at work, which will inevitably lead to pneumoconiosis. This fully shows that the occupational health management modes and methods that have been formed in some large enterprises in China under the planned economy system need to be further standardized according to the Occupational Disease Prevention Law. The occupational disease prevention system stipulated in the Occupational Disease Prevention Law has not yet become the self-discipline behavior of employers, and many employers' occupational disease prevention institutions, funds and systems have not yet been put in place, so the work of occupational disease prevention has a long way to go.

Occupational disease evaluation should be based on the relevant local administrative departments, and enterprises should be legally bound to implement occupational disease prevention and control in accordance with relevant regulations. Relevant departments should give some support to enterprises that can prevent and control occupational diseases in time, and do a good job in improving relevant management in time. Enterprises that fail to organize and carry out relevant occupational disease prevention and control work in time should be ordered to make timely rectification and adjustment according to the hazard assessment standards to help enterprises better understand the actual hazards of occupational diseases to their business operations.
4. Implement the occupational health and safety management system.
The implementation of health and safety management system should not only be closely related to the development of enterprise safety management, but also actively plan enterprise health management, and pave the way for the implementation of enterprise occupational disease prevention and control by improving enterprises' understanding of safety management. The operation of health management system needs to be composed of health management institutions, organizational management and financial management, in order to improve the actual operation efficiency of health system in coal enterprises and control the basic probability of occupational diseases in coal enterprises to a minimum.
