Graduation thesis (design) should generally consist of the following parts.

1. Title. Thesis (design) topics should be short, clear and general; The number of words should be appropriate, generally no more than 20 Chinese characters.

2. summary. Summarize the content of the research topic in condensed form. The Chinese abstract is about 300 words, and the English abstract should basically correspond to the Chinese abstract.

3. Key words. Keywords are words or terms that express the content information of a paper (design), and the number of keywords generally does not exceed 6. Each keyword is separated by a comma, and no punctuation marks are used after the last keyword.

4. content. Table of contents is the subtitle of each part of the paper (design), and the text should be concise and to the point. The table of contents is arranged by chapters, indicating the number of pages for easy reading. Chapters and sections are marked with the number (1) 1. ( 1)。 Need a clear title hierarchy. The title in the table of contents should be consistent with the title in the text.

5. Preface. The preface should explain the significance, purpose, main research contents, scope and problems to be solved.

6. Text. The text is a detailed statement of the research work, which generally consists of titles, words, charts, tables and formulas.

7. References. Reference is an indispensable part of graduation thesis (design), and it is also the author's recognition and respect for other people's knowledge achievements. References should be listed in the order in which they appear and attached to the end of the article.

8. Postscript of investigation. The investigation postscript is a record of the necessary investigation activities and the results carried out by students for writing their graduation thesis (design).

9. Appendix. It should not be put in the text, but it has reference value. Such as questionnaire survey, formula derivation, programming, original data schedule, etc.

(2) The length of graduation thesis (design)

The length of graduation thesis (design) should be appropriate, neither too long nor too short, generally around 10 thousand words.

(3) writing format specification

1. graduation thesis (design) according to the requirements of the school, students need to hand in what is printed by the computer.

2. To complete the graduation thesis by computer, it must be printed in the following unified format:

(1) cover. The contents on the cover should be printed according to the sample style of the unified cover and must be correct. The title is in bold type No.2, and the rest is in song style No.4..

(2) Title and abstract. The title of the paper (design) is in bold type No.3, which can be divided into 1 or 2 lines for center printing. Under the topic of paper (design), print the word "abstract" in the middle (bold No.3), leaving a space and a punctuation mark between words. Under the word "abstract", there is a printed line (No.4 √). There are two spaces at the beginning of each paragraph, and punctuation marks occupy one space. The word "keyword" is printed on the bottom line of the abstract (bold No.4), followed by the keyword (Song Dynasty No.4). English abstract titles are all in Arial font, which can be divided into 1-3 lines and printed in the center. The following are all Arial No.5 fonts.

(3) Directory. The word "table of contents" (bold No.3), the next two lines are chapters, sections, sections and their starting page numbers.

The title of each chapter is printed in the middle, and the number three is bold; Under the "chapter", the second line is "section", printed in bold type No.4 from the left; Below the "section", there is a line of "section", which is printed in bold type No.5 from the left, and the text of the paper (design) should be printed with line breaks.

If the title of the picture is in Chinese and English, the English font is No.5, and the Chinese font is No.5, the source of the document should be indicated in the upper left corner of the title. Drawing numbers are numbered in chapter order, as shown in Figure 3- 1, which is the first drawing in Chapter 3. If the drawing contains several different parts, the drawing number should be marked in the upper left corner of the drawing, and the contents of each part should be listed under the drawing title.

(7) form. These tables are numbered in chapter order. For example, Table 3- 1 is the first table in Chapter 3. The table should have a title, and the units in the table must be represented by the specified symbols.

(8) Formula. Formula writing should start a new line in the text.

(9) References. According to the sequence of references in the paper (design), they are numbered consecutively with Arabic numerals, and the serial numbers are placed in square brackets, which can be used as the upper corner mark or as an integral part of the paper (design) as appropriate. For example, "... Professor Chen XX has done research on this, and the mathematical model can be found in Reference [5]".

Examples of reference formats are as follows:

Continuous publications (periodicals): serial number, author, title, year of publication, issue number, start and end date;

Monographs: serial number, author, title, edition (1 edition is not marked), place of publication, year of publication, and page number from beginning to end;

Minutes of meetings: serial number, author, title, editor-in-chief, title of minutes, place of publication, year of publication, starting and ending page numbers;

Dissertation: serial number title; English dissertation, place, unit and year of preservation.

(4) Printing requirements

When printing by computer, A4 copy paper should be used for output, with upper and lower margins of 2.5cm, left margin of 3cm, right margin of 2cm, footer of 1.5cm, and page numbers printed in the middle.
