The design theme is 12 the construction organization design of the student apartment building in the south campus of the University. The apartment building is located in Yangling District of Xi 'an, with a six-story brick-concrete structure, with a building area of about 5000m2, a total architectural design height of -2 1.45m, a storey height of 3.3 per meter, a seismic intensity of 7 degrees and a service life of 50 years.

Its main work is divided into four parts: engineering construction design, construction site, floor plan design and construction schedule planning. According to the engineering drawings, the selection of the construction scheme of the construction pipeline is calculated. Considering the engineering construction scheme, combined with the overall construction period and the number and days of each part of the project, the c hart schedule plan is drawn, and the site factors, traffic factors, manpower and equipment are comprehensively considered to make a reasonable scheme selection, and the construction site layout is drawn.
