Haixi agricultural reclamation culture originated in 1950s. A construction army composed of soldiers, workers, farmers, educated youth and local people of all ethnic groups entered the Qaidam Basin and founded Delingha Farm.

Farmers cultivate the land on the desolate Gobi desert, work hard and struggle tenaciously with the harsh environment.
