First, the analysis of the current situation of agricultural products export in China this year

Affected by the Asian financial crisis, China's agricultural exports have declined for two consecutive years, 1998 and 1999, from199715/0/billion to 1999 136 billion. (1) In June and July, the monthly export volume of China's agricultural products continued to decline year-on-year, resulting in a negative growth in the cumulative export volume.

Judging from the monthly export growth of agricultural products in China, the export of agricultural products in China was relatively stable in the first five months, and the cumulative export volume showed positive growth. The export volume of edible vegetable oil increased by 50%, reaching 72,000 tons. Among them, the export volume of vegetable oil and soybean oil was 32,000 tons and 3 1 10,000 tons respectively, with an increase of 76% and 54% respectively.

The export of vegetables and fruits continued to maintain a good growth trend. Vegetable exports were 210.8 million tons, up 22% year-on-year; Fruit exports reached 740,000 tons, a year-on-year increase of 2%.

The export of livestock products increased slightly, reaching $65.438+66 billion, up 654.38+0% year-on-year.
