Let's help:
China is neither communism nor socialism.
It is also often called totalitarianism and dictatorship.
Both are equally wrong.
Communism:
Is the opposite of capitalism, so they can't be communist. The first people who were allowed to use limited capitalism were farmers in the 1950s because of the failure of collective agriculture. The whole country is now a huge capitalist machine.
Socialism:
It means that the state controls all production, manufacturing and commerce. This is also impossible, because individuals own their own enterprises, and those state-owned enterprises are a mixture of state-owned enterprises and private enterprises working side by side. At present, less than 20% is state-owned. It was 100% 30 years ago. For example, their oil industry is a mixture of private and state cooperation, and their cost per gallon of gasoline is $2.25. Without increasing taxes, all income and profits were completed before this, and both private and state benefited. The United States can do the same, but we would rather pay an extra $65,438 per gallon than let any socialism invade our economy. Our socialism is through the oil war, while ignoring the real needs of the people.
Totalitarianism:
It means that the state controls all aspects of life. This is not the case, because individuals are free to find new jobs, start businesses, travel at will, emigrate, buy houses, become rich, buy any consumer goods they want without permission, in short, do anything that westerners take for granted.
Dictatorship:
They have a provincial election system. Officials elected by the people are then sent to Beijing to represent the people there, who elect the president, just like many government systems in the world, such as Britain.
One-party rule:
Yes, but in recent years, the government has encouraged non-party people to participate in government and politics. They can also hold senior positions, which was unheard of a few years ago. China understands that in order to survive and conform to the people's wishes, its system needs fresh blood, otherwise China will stagnate.
What kind of government does China have?
At this point, it is hard to say, because it is a mixture of democratic ideals, federalism, socialism and authoritarianism. In my opinion, China likes to change slowly. It is gradually becoming a democratic federal republic, just like the United States now. But at their own pace, not the West, they demand immediate changes in China. China is smart enough to know that a sudden change will have social and political impact, and it is best to take it slowly, so as not to awaken the angry dragon of discontent and depravity.
The British political system
The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland has been the official name of Britain since 1922.
Britain is a constitutional monarchy. This means that the official head of state is a monarch, but his or her power is limited by the Constitution. The British Constitution is not written in any single document. Only some of these rules were written in the form of ordinary laws and passed by the parliament at different times.
Parliament is the highest legislative body in the country. It consists of the House of Commons and the House of Lords. The British parliamentary system is one of the oldest systems in the world. It developed slowly in the 13 century after King John signed the Magna Carta in 12 15.
There are 650 paid members of the House of Commons. The House of Lords consists of hereditary and lifelong nobles, two archbishops and 24 bishops of the Church of England.
The House of Lords is also the final court of appeal for civil cases in the United Kingdom and criminal cases in England, Wales and Northern Ireland. Only the judges of the Court of Appeal (the judges of the House of Lords) participated in the judicial proceedings, including 12 full-time employees.
The main part of parliament's work is to revise the government's work. From Monday to Thursday, all ministers must answer questions from members of parliament? The prime minister must answer their questions two days a week.
Another important task of parliament is legislation. A bill (a proposal for a new law) must be passed by both houses and then sent to the Queen for royal assent.
Elect members in the general election? It is held every five years. Voting is not compulsory, and the age is 18. 1997 The Labour Party headed by Tony Blair won.
The government is made up of political parties with a majority in Parliament, and the Queen appoints its leader as Prime Minister. The Prime Minister appoints a group of key ministers to form a cabinet (about 20 people).
The second largest party, its own leader and the "shadow cabinet" formed a formal opposition party. At present, it is the Conservative Party led by john major. The third political party represented in Parliament is the Liberal Party.
The British flag is called the "British flag". It symbolizes the union of England, Scotland and Ireland, and its history can be traced back to 180 1. The national flag consists of the cross of the patron saint of England (St George's Red Cross on a white background), the cross of the patron saint of Ireland (St Patrick's red diagonal on a white background) and the cross of the patron saint of Scotland (St Andrew's white diagonal on a blue background). Wales has no representative, because when the national flag first appeared, it was already unified with England. Design and color (especially the blue flag) have always been the basis of many other national flags, including other Commonwealth countries and their constituent states or provinces, as well as British overseas territories.
The national anthem is God Save the Queen. Every part of Britain has its own symbol:
British red rose
Ireland-clover
Wales-leeks, daffodils
Scottish thistle
