The army has the discipline and style of the army, and let them know that it is the only choice to settle down and serve. In life, the squad leader should teach the children who have just arrived in the preschool class bit by bit, let them know what the army is and what the military style is, from tying shoelaces to being a man, so that new comrades can gradually change from local youth to qualified soldiers in thought, training and life. After training, the military quality and ideology of the recruits have changed obviously. From ignorance at the beginning to sitting, standing and walking now. I will patiently think about other training methods, teach more, enlighten more, set an example, correct their training attitude, improve their enthusiasm for training, and the training effect will be much better, new comrade. It is not easy to be a qualified monitor. There are no bad soldiers, only squad leaders who can't lead troops.
