What thesis am I?
As the squad leader of the winter training recruits, I am deeply honored, and I am very grateful to the leaders at all levels for giving me this opportunity and adding a valuable wealth to my military career. This is the characteristic of the army, and only in the army can we have such opportunities and conditions. Of course, while the iron is hot, you need to be hard! If the quality of all aspects is not high, you won't get this opportunity. To tell the truth, it is not a "beautiful job" to treat recruits as squad leaders. The monitor's voice is hoarse every day. The monitor is called the mother of the army. New comrades have just left their hometown, far away from their parents and relatives, and entered the police camp with infinite yearning and beautiful imagination. However, because the lifestyle at home is completely different from the life in the army, and now the new comrades are particularly rich in social experience, they have been to work in Myanmar. Some people drive two or three thousand yuan a month at home, some people have been bosses, some people often go dancing in other places at home, etc ... Usually they are used to "drinking and drinking", and many parents at home can't control it. Once they come to the army, the army is disciplined, rigorous and stressful. Many people feel that they can't adapt to ideological fluctuations, are seriously homesick, have loose discipline, and have no motivation to work and train. As monitor, they can only. The army has the discipline and style of the army, and let them know that it is the only choice to settle down and serve. In life, the squad leader should teach the children who have just arrived in the preschool class bit by bit, let them know what the army is and what the military style is, from tying shoelaces to being a man, so that new comrades can gradually change from local youth to qualified soldiers in thought, training and life. After training, the military quality and ideology of the recruits have changed obviously. From ignorance at the beginning to sitting, standing and walking now. The work attitude changed from passive to active, and the thought changed from serious homesickness to understanding a truth: when you come, you should take good care of your military career, make contributions and repay your parents and relatives. I read in the book that "a flock of sheep led by a lion can defeat a flock of lions led by a sheep". New comrades have just arrived in the army, and how the key first step goes depends to a great extent on the quality of the monitor who takes them. When new comrades come to the army, the monitor is the person who has the most contact with them. The monitor is their parents and brothers. The monitor's words and deeds have a far-reaching influence on them. I think they are only strictly required at work. Make them understand from the beginning that it is their bounden duty to obey orders and form a rigorous work style. Only in this way can we, as firefighters, "pull ourselves out at any time when the people need it and win." My personality is competitive. I believe that I will do one thing, not worse than others. What kind of squad leader brings out what kind of soldiers? I am a first-class hero, Zhang Guantao, and I will always remember him when I was a recruit. I am really grateful to him. He helped me to develop a rigorous style in the recruits' company, and also let me know that the troops have iron discipline ... But now they have suffered a lot and are used to the ups and downs in society, so it is difficult to adapt to the tense and fast-paced life of the troops at once! For example, in the training ground, they are repeatedly taught to stop indirect rotation, but they can't turn well. They are asked to hold their arms with their feet and heels and keep their legs straight, but they always can't turn normally with their feet, as if they don't want to exert themselves. Every monitor wants the soldiers in his class to move in place and rely on their feet. Haste makes waste. Although I am usually angry, I will yell at them or punish them for running around. The more so, the worse the effect. Through this time, I understand that it is useless to just scold and fight. I will patiently think about other training methods, teach more, enlighten more, set an example, correct their training attitude, improve their enthusiasm for training, and the training effect will be much better, new comrade. If it comes to the end, I will show them my every move, and I will not use my spare time to teach more to improve their training enthusiasm. Naturally, they will learn better. It is not easy to be a qualified monitor. There are no bad soldiers, only squad leaders who can't lead troops. From this time, I know that my quality still needs to be strengthened in both life and work. It's a little hard to be with the recruits, although shouting passwords and doing demonstration actions. But I'm not afraid of suffering. They are under my command, and I can take care of them dutifully. Learning the basic military qualities of a soldier is my greatest pleasure. Being a soldier once can really learn a lot and really change a person. This is my second time leading troops, and I have gained more, and my psychological quality has really been exercised. Think about how I blushed and panicked when I said a few words in front of the whole class at home. Now! I can organize exercises in front of nearly 500 people, and my management ability has been greatly improved. At the same time, I rekindled my enthusiasm for training, life and work, and I had the enthusiasm when I was a recruit. This is where the army trains people. Choosing to be a soldier is really right. The work of leading troops has ended, but the task is far from complete. As a squad leader in the establishment, the leader gave him the opportunity to be a squad leader. He just wanted to pass on the good soldiers, help them and bring them down, help cadres manage the troops well, perform the duties of the squad leader and make contributions to the troops in the future! There is still a long way ahead. I will constantly improve my quality in all aspects, constantly improve myself and learn from each other's strengths! Make your due contribution to the army. If there is an opportunity, I hope to come up again next year to lead troops!
