Discussion on construction schedule control of building engineering

By analyzing the factors influencing the construction progress of the project, this paper expounds the principles of the project progress control, and puts forward the methods of the project progress control, for the reference of the construction unit.

Therefore, the construction progress should be planned and connected, and the implementation of the construction progress plan should be tracked and checked, and adjustments should be made when necessary, so as to ensure the realization of the construction progress goal on the premise of ensuring the project quality.
